Frenk, our tour guide, was excellent. Very charming and intelligent. He showed us many things we would have otherwise missed.
Historical overview of the arena from guide (Priscilla) is excellent. Beware of heat in summer months.
Francisco was great, he loves his home town of Verona. He brought history to life, which makes it so interesting.
Frank was a fantastic tour guide! He had such enthusiasm and he engaged with members of the group directly multiple times. Frank shared the history of the arena and had a small folder of pictures that helped in telling the stories. We thoroughly enjoyed it!!
Frank was great - chilled, knowledgeable, insightful and engaging. We learnt a lot from him in a short space of time.
Frank was amazing! He delivered a thorough knowledge of the history of the museum in a way that was easy to understand and listen to. Even worked in some jokes and took the time to answer all questions we had.
While I cannot remember the tour guide's name, she was fantastic and very punctual with the tour time. I appreciated the ability to skip the line and the history the guide gave us.

Its unbelievable that this Roman era colosium is still in regular use today! I saw it as part of the Olympic closing ceremony on TV and as luck would have it we were in the area and jumped on the tour! It's history is amazing and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable!

Isabella told us a lot about the arena and its history. We looked at the arena, unfortunately no underground access, which I found disappointing. Definitely look for the yellow umbrella of the tour guide at the meeting point!!!!!!! Should be included in the description
Hi Claudia 😊 Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re happy you enjoyed learning more about the Arena and its fascinating history with your guide. It’s a shame about the access restrictions, but we’re glad the overall experience was still valuable. And yes, spotting the guide’s yellow umbrella is always a good tip for easy meeting points! 😊
