The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It felt kind of long on a hot day, but the place is so large it takes that long.
Our guide did a great job. Very knowledgeable. There were so many things in the Residenze that I did not know existed (Relics).
Thought this was like other three tours where you showed them your ticket. The fine print said otherwise. By the time we figured it out it was too late for tour. We had to buy new tickets to see it. Much better to buy tickets and use free audio guide than pay $200 more dollars for a live guide. I do not recommend this tour.

Our tour guide, David, was fantastic! You could tell that he really took his time to learn everything about the Residence.
We had an excellent guide who decided to extend our tour with 30min. He made the Residenz come alive as he explained everything very well. This was my second visit, and a very enjoyable 3hours!
