La plaza Navona, también conocida como "Plaza del artista", es uno de los lugares más visitados de Roma, especialmente por la "Fuente de los cuatro ríos" de Bernini, pero algunos saben que debajo se encuentra un mundo increíble de ruinas subterráneas, una vez conocido como "Estadio de Domiciano". ¡un estadio que podría haber albergado hasta 30 mil personas! Importante : En caso de cierres institucionales, la visita será sustituida por el Subterráneo de San Clemente o un sitio similar de igual interés.

This is a great tour if you want to truly understand Roman history. Our guide, Ricardo, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and good sense of humor. St Clement was the high point. Be prepared for a long walk and lots of stairs.

This was SO NOT WORTH IT!!! The places you go were a museum and a very small shop like building that was the size of a large living room. Really nothing to see. Our guides English was so difficult to understand, and she showed up wearing flip flops and cut-offs. Very unprofessional. Out of 19 days in Italy and 21 private tours, this we listed as the worst one. Absolutely, don't waste your money or find one that really does do an underground tour.

Also the entire tour and what the points of visit were, are clearly stated in it's description, so my warmest suggestion is that in the future, you check out what the tour is about before experiencing something that is not fitting to you or let us know right away so we can provide you with the tour that would be a positive experience. We are dedicated to leave each and every customer happy and come back to us, so we are clearly disappointed when we don't meet those expectations. Our tour guide was very nice but had a very hard time with the English language. She was not focused and it was very hard to follow. She tried her best but she was not at a standard we have expected from Viator tours in the past. Not worth the money at all for a private guid. Would have been better to ready and do the audio guides

Our tour guide was informative, personable, and made sure during the peak sun hours we weren’t left out to bake. The underground portion in the Colosseum joins up with another group, but that also was enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to Ancient Rome.
