We had a lovely day touring on vespas and sampling wine. Food was great! Staff absolutely lovely ❤️ very interesting to learn about the wine making
What can Ibsay... there was only my husband and myself on this excursion. They gave my husband a 300lb vespa to ride. Needless to say he crashed into a tree. I rode on the guides bike. He was a little shook up and bruised but fine. We continued our wine tasting and they were super nice. I just wish they had a smaller vespa for him, but it was definitely an experience. We were never charged for any damage, and that was the only negative.
Dear guests! All our excursions are private, so they're organized individually for each group that books. That's the beauty of the experiences at Podere Casanova. They're all dedicated exclusively to each booking. We're truly sorry your husband fell; you didn't tell us anything about it, but fortunately everything went well. We hope to see you again, and perhaps you'll enjoy an aperitif by the pool followed by a romantic dinner in the vineyard. Thank you for visiting! Casanova Team
The scenery was impressive, and the backroads made for an easy ride. The food and wine testing at the vineyard was also a great experience.
Thank you Jose! We are happy that you will take a nice memory of your experience at the Podere Casanova Montepulciano 🦉🍷🌻
This was an amazing experience! The highlights were the quick stops in montepulciano and Pienza on the Vespa portion of the tour, the lasagna lunch, the beautiful views from the vespa. The tour guide was great and very nice. It was a private tour just myself and my husband which was nice. Only one Vespa for us both but that was probably for the best. This was definitely one of the highlights of our 10 day Italy trip highly recommend!
The 5 hours was perfectly balanced! About 2.5 on the Vespas (note that the team was flexible in giving us two bikes instead of one), which was so beautiful and scenic. Really a special way to see Tuscany and felt so safe. There was an hour spent on a private tour of the vineyard. Our guide was so informative and we both learned a lot! The rest was spent on a wine tasting, which included a delicious meat and cheese course and a generous portion of lasagna. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!
Wonderful experience. Andrea took us on a scenic tour on their Vespas, beautiful countryside with olive groves, wheat fields & vineyards. Alessandro gave us a great tour of the cellars & a beautiful woman served us wines & aperitivo in the vineyard as the sun set. A memorable experience. We were truly impressed with this vineyards commitment to organic products. No pesticides or herbicides or sulfites used - ever. Some of the very best Nobile di Montepulciano wines we've ever had. And don't get me started on the olive oils they served! La dolce vita!
Great way to enjoy the Tuscan countryside. Ride itself doenst have a verbal tour, it's more of a ride through the Val d'Orcia region. The wine tasting/tour of Podere Casanova's vineyard was a treat. Rebecca was a hospitable and knowledgeable host. Highly recommend.
