We had a wonderful two days with John as our guide. Even though the weather was not ideal, we were able to see some of Jeju’s most beautiful sites effortlessly with John’s expert planning and real-time adjustments to our natural pace and preferences. John facilitated lunch on both days at local restaurants away from the tourist crush and both were two of the most delicious and memorable meals of our trip for a very reasonable price. John gave us entertaining and informative history lessons about Jeju whilst driving as well, Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic day with Mr. Baek as our guide! He was very sweet to our group and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He was flexible with our schedule and chosen locations. Highly recommend!

John was an excellent guide and host for our day tour of South Jeju Island. He put together a suggested itinerary and then we were able to swap out one spot for a different one we were interested in. John is knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed and he did a great job explaining the history of the island and how it developed over the years. He even went the extra mile to find an example of the Haenyeo divers to show my daughter who learned about them in school. Overall we had a delightful day, felt we saw a lot of different things and even got a little shopping time at the green tea fields. It was a perfect mix and we could go at our own pace, not the pace of a larger group. We highly recommend this day tour!

Steve gave as a great day out to the western side of Jeju. Took us to many places that we would not have found. Very friendly gave us a fun day out.

John was the most amazing guide ever. He drove us around and was really concerned about what we needed to see in Jeju. We had ideas of where we wanted to eat and such. Trust me, let him take the lead and you will have a far better experience than all the instagram “influencers”. Just an example was lunch, we were planning to go to this viral commercialized Ramyun Abalone spot. But instead he took us to the most wonderful sizzling abalone and fresh cutlass fish .We also saw many hanyeo divers in action ,which was what I really wanted to see . He was never hurried and was most patient with all our questions. We can not say enough about our experience with John. If you are lucky enough to be able to book with him, have him take the lead, you certainly won’t regret it. Thank you so much John ,my husband had the most wonderful time with you specially the conversation on Korean history and he learned a lot about Jeju from you.

Booking was super easy with fast response. Guide speaks basic English and helped us customize our itinerary to our needs and preference. We wanted to try black pork in Jeju and he recommended an awesome place. Best BBQ lunch! Even my 8 and 10 years old enjoyed it. Will highly recommend this tour if you de looking for privacy, seamless travel between destinations and at your own pace!

Great experience, we received a driver and a very comfortable car for the day but we were expecting a guide as well which was not the case. However it was still a great day exploring and our driver was really nice.

This tour was fantastic! We were picked up directly from our hotel by Mr Baek in a spacious and very comfortable car, then taken to some incredible destinations along the East Coast of Jeju Island. Mr Baek spoke excellent English and shared fascinating insights into Jeju’s history and culture throughout the day. We learned all about the famous Lady Divers and the Stone Grandfather statues, and he even took us to an authentic traditional seafood restaurant. My husband and I were absolutely delighted with this tour and would highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a private, personalised experience away from the buses and crowds.

Our guide did a great job helping us with an itinerary, and we felt like we got to see all the best east island sights.
