Lugares y horarios de recogida
Los huéspedes serán recogidos directamente en su hotel, alojamiento o lugar de reunión acordado en Jackson Hole. Antes del tour, los huéspedes recibirán un mensaje de confirmación con el nombre de su guía, descripción del vehículo y hora exacta de recogida. El día del tour, el guía llegará al lugar designado y se reunirá con los huéspedes en el vestíbulo del hotel o directamente fuera de la entrada. El guía se presentará por su nombre y conducirá un vehículo turístico claramente identificable.

Unbelievable experience. Chris our guide was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I would strongly suggest and encourage using this service. We were fortunate to see bear, elk, deer and bison along with beautiful views. Can’t say enough good about our trip.

Our ‘senior’ group of 12 med school classmates booked the 2-Day Private Yellowstone Tour (Lower and Upper Loops w Iconic Sites w Lunch) on Viator. We had Casanova Tours Guide Isaac for Day 1 and his girlfriend Alex on Day 2. Both were so enthusiastic, energetic, positive, taught us a ton about everything, answered endless questions patiently and honestly, always made sure we were comfortable, safe, given time to catch up or take breaks as needed, and went over and beyond to allow us to fall totally in love with the YNP. I want to return and pick Isaac and Alex again for other YNP adventures with Casanova Guided Tours!

We had the most AMAZING day at Yellowstone with our tour guide Chris! He was the most genuinely passionate, knowledgeable, and fun tour guide I have ever had. He picked us up promptly at 8 am in a well appointed van, food and snacks at hand, and spent 12.5 hours (!) with us sharing his passion for the environment and Yellowstone with us. We were able to see various animals, enjoyed beautiful vistas, and the various geothermal features of the park. We got a real sense of appreciation for the vastness and diversity of the park and its ecosystems. I also want to give a shout out to the fantastic binoculars and his setup with a scope that made distant wildlife easy to spot. We are more urban people normally - think Broadway in NYC - but had a truly magical day inter park and with him. Appreciated all of the dad jokes and funny memes throughout the day - I will have to borrow them right away. Highly recommend the tour and organization - he gave such positive shout outs to management, which I always appreciate as a good sign of how a company is run - and we found it very affordable for the quality and length of service we got.
