Eka Darmadi is our tour's driver and guide, we had a wonderful day with him. He came to picked up us from Nusa Due which is a long way to all the iconic sites, about 2 and half-hour each way, he is so passionate explain the local culture on the way, made so interesting and specially on each sites. Also taking lots of photos for us. We loved very much for this tour, rich in culture and also so beautiful for each sites ❤️. We highly recommend this tour and very appreciate that Eka was our English guide !!👍❤️
Your provider a no show the morning of the tour. Waited for an hour, and they did not answer calls or texts. The concierge at our accomodation also attempted to call as well with no response. We contacted Viator to assist and the company would t answer their call either. Do not book this tour! Viator now helping with refund for the tour which is very helpful.
Don’t book it. No show driver and the phone number didn’t work. Still waiting for a refund. Only contact with Viator was though online chat.
Driver/Guide Agung was wonderful. Knew his Bali history, temples, and rice fields. Excellent driver as well. Saw so much in one day. Agung gets 6 stars out of 5.

Angga was waiting for us in the lobby ready for our trip greeted us with a smile and introduced himself. The trip was a 12 hr trip, Angga was very Informative at each place we visited and was very patient with us while we enjoyed each site, we did not feel rushed at all and was able to enjoy our trip the way we wanted. We especially enjoyed the Ulun Danu Bratan Temple o the lake 1 site was not available due to a truck accident so we visited the coffee plantation instead, which was also very interesting and enjoyable. Altogether an enjoyable day

This trip delivered exactly what the tour operator said it would. We had a perfect day. Started at 8 am from Nusa Dua and we returned at 8:30 pm. A little late but that’s because we spent more time at the sunset temple site. Truely amazing UNESCO sites. We had plenty of time and were not rushed. Our guide Gilang was close to perfection.
