Our driver was Iqtidar — he was so friendly and accommodating! We had no idea what to expect in the desert/dunes safari. It exceeded our expectations! Once in a lifetime experience. The views were gorgeous and the drive through the desert was thrilling!
City tour went to the key visitor spots. Opprtunity to enter a mosque. Allowed for shopping, different souqs. Good history info.
Absolutely loved this tour. Our tour guide Sajid Khan went an extra mile to make our experience unforgettable (he communicated via What's up, met us at the cruise port, was flexible in what we wanted to see). It was a very well organized, friendly, professional, accommodating and informative tour. Highly recommend (you will see all major sites of Qatar such as Katara cultural village, Pearl island, Souq Wagif, Lusail, inland sea with desert safari and more in the best company ever).

Good overview of the city. The sand dune driving was longer than expected but good! Enjoyed seeing the beautiful buildings, museums, and beaches.

Excellent experience, your was flexible, as arrived late to hotel due to flight delays, we requested for updated pick time, and it was accepted, had fabulous time with desert safari, and city tour.

Sam and Selah were exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled at their respective tours. With out their expertise, like if we just had an audio tour, I can’t imagine it would have been nearly as enjoyable.

We booked our tour through the Marriott property where we were staying. The night prior the desert tour guide, Saleh, reached out via WhatsApp to coordinate. The next morning our city tour guide, Sam, also used WhatsApp to coordinate our pickup from the hotel. We began our tour with the Doha City tour with Sam. He arrived promptly at our hotel at the arranged time. His vehicle was very clean and the AC cold. He even had cold waters for us as the temps were around 42C. The tour was very thorough and we particularly enjoyed the visits to the UDC - The Oyster, the Katara Mosque, ane of course the Souq Waqif. Sam was quite knowledgeable about Doha and gave an amazing tour. He was also very accommodating with the timeline as we took a bit longer in some shops and got a refreshing lemon & mint drink in a cafe. Sam and Saleh coordinated the transfer at the Souq Waqif and off we went to the dunes. Saleh also has a very clean vehicle, cold AC and cold waters for us. A very nice touch. Saleh was just as polite and knowledgable as Sam. We travelled about 45 minutes down the south east coast to the beginning of the Safari site. Upon arrival at the safari site we took our short camel ride and had pictures taken. We were also offered a falcon holding experience, but passed. We then had our tea and then was back to the vehicle and into the dunes. Saleh is a very adept driver and handled the dunes very well. My partner had done some overlanding before but I had not and really enjoyed it as we went up, over and around the dunes. I never felt uncomfortable once while riding the dunes, it was great fun. We stopped at two great overlooks, one desert and one sea view. Saleh also took some great pictures of us as well. The only thing we did not get to do was sand boarding. Saleh was so kind he even let us stop at a small market to get a few snacks for the ride home as it had been a long, hot day. We were dropped back off at our hotel as arranged after an amazing day. Thank you to Sam and Saleh for providing a great experience. I would highly recommend this tour if you have a full day available as it is definitely a full 8 hour tour.

We had a variety of experiences, such as riding a camel and sandboarding. The camel bashing in particular was like a roller coaster and very exciting. It was very helpful that they picked us up and dropped us off at the designated location. Thank you to our driver, Shahid Khan!
