Very professional and helpful service, highly recommended
I had a wonderful time today with our tour guide, Dannie. She was absolutely fantastic—very knowledgeable, engaging, and explained everything clearly, which made the tour both enjoyable and informative. Dannie was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We loved our tour with Grace. She was such a kind and lovely lady, incredibly knowledgeable, with excellent English and a very flexible approach. I really enjoyed the places I visited in Hanghzou. It was Great! The Guide had good knowledge of the history of the sites, could speak good English and was very helpfull. I felt the price of the tour a bit high.
It’s no wonder why Hangzhou is so popular with Chinese tourists. It’s gorgeous! I only had one day to explore so chose Sunny Tours to take me around. They were really great! Sarah and Eric were really flexible with my time and what I wanted to do. They even helped me book the West Lake water show. Very professional and drove around in a new Tesla in AC (it was so hot and humid today). I would recommend!

Our day's travels took us to the city of Hangzhou. My family and I had a great time. Sunny was very knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information with us about the history of the city and legends associated with well-known locations. We purchased a kitchen knife set and wanted to return it to the seller. The natural scenery and contrast between the old historical city and the modern world around the west lake were amazing.She was a huge help in contacting the store and following up on the matter until we received the reimbursement.
