Su guía privado lo recibirá en su hotel y lo conducirá a la base de Morro do Corcovado, pasando por las playas de Río y Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas en el camino.
Al llegar al distrito de Cosme Velho, tomará un tren exclusivo que sube la montaña desde la base hasta casi la cima. Se llega a la cima subiendo un tramo de escaleras para llegar a la icónica estatua del Cristo Redentor. La vista, desde este punto de vista, con el Bosque Nacional de Tijuca extendiéndose debajo y un círculo de montañas cerrando el horizonte en el fondo de la Bahía de Guanabara es realmente espectacular. Después de un tiempo para caminar y tomar fotografías, volvimos a bajar.
Luego, nos dirigimos hacia el barrio bohemio de Santa Teresa, que alberga una colección de boutiques y galerías locales. El encantador barrio de Santa Teresa también tiene varios bares y restaurantes de moda que ofrecen varias opciones de bocadillos y platos, sin mencionar las impresionantes vistas. ¡No te lo pierdas!

Escenario de hechos y acontecimientos importantes del fútbol brasileño, como los mundiales de fútbol de 1950 y 2014 y el gol milésimo del Rey Pelé, en 1969. Después de eso, los turistas pueden querer disfrutar de un almuerzo en un restaurante de carnes tipo "buffet libre" muy agradable (no incluido).
Playa que inspiró la composición de la famosa canción "Garota Ipanema". Hermosa playa que merece toda la fama y admiración.

Our guide Sergio was more than fantastic. He was punctual, attentive, spoke very good English and very personable. He texted us via WhatsApp the day before the tour to confirm the time and pick-up. Along the tour he kept us informed of the history behind the sights we were about to visit and various other nuggets of information about the city. It was our first time in Rio and we wanted a good understanding of the local culture beyond the fun beaches. The private tour was well organized and gave us a great opportunity to customize for things we wanted to see. Take a look at what's included and work with the guide to make it your own! We found we needed 6 hours to cover our favorites. I also suggest starting a little after rush hour to make it easier to get around town. (10 am for example). Our guide, Sergio, was very knowledgeable of the history, cool neighborhoods, food and art of the area. He gave us his experience of the local gay culture as well. We had a great time and really high recommend Sergio and the tour!
