We had looked forward to this trip for some time and we were not disappointed. We had an amazing day from start to finish. Patrick arrived on time to collect us from the hotel was such a perfect guide. His knowledge of the history of Salzburg and the surrounding areas provided us with all the information we needed. Patrick was able to take us off the main route and show us some beautiful gems of perfect tranquil scenery. The Tour of The Castle of Werfen was dome with ease and at the right pace and again Patrick provided all the information, and more, that we asked of him. Patrick was so personable and nothing was too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend this private tour. We hope to return to Salzburg in the future and will definitely be contacting MCM Tours & Travel Salzburg……Thank you Patrick
People unfortunately do not respect tourists There are no English signs anywhere as if we are all obliged to speak German And google maps keeps leading us wrong !!
Hi Basilios K, This review is in the wrong place, on our private tours you would never have to pay for a ticket, plus we have a permit to drive in the pedestrian zone. Our guides also know our routes and speak German so we don't have any problems reading the signs. We are sorry that you had such an experience during your stay in Austria, but you would never have had such problems on one of our private tours. Best regards Team MCM
Leanna was amazing what a fantastic tour with a knowledgeable guide…. The castle Where Eagles Dare was filmed was awesome and the birds of prey demonstration was icing on the cake it literally was the talk of dinner…
Patrick our tour guide was awesome! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable… he truly made our day a memorable one! The birds of prey show at the castle of Werfen was really fun to see, Patrick brought us right to a great spot to watch it from and from there it was on to Hallstatt which was absolutely beautiful! So incredibly picturesque! Patrick gave us suggestions for lunch, pointed out some things not to be missed and told us exactly where he would be waiting for us and what time to be there. We saw a couple more beautiful lakes on our ride back to Salzburg and even stopped at them to get some more pictures! Unforgettable day with an amazing tour guide!!
