This was a very nice and comprehensive tour of Rio. We decided to visit the Centro and areas around it as well as Santa Teresa and other areas, since we had gone to main attractions already. Millene was very accommodating and a great guide.
Millene was a very good guide and informative. We saw a lot of what we wanted to see in Rio and definitely recommend this tour.
Walter was so lovely to be with . He exceeded my expectations. We were able to go to most places on my list despite the weather . He took me to a talented artists workshop and to other shops too . I appreciated his ability to accommodate my limited mobility. This allowed me easier access to places like sugarloaf . I could not have done these activities without him .
We covered a lot of things to see and do in only 6 hours! Guillermo was great and got us to the front of the line at each attraction! He did an amazing job!
Luis is a great guide. His ability to speak a number of languages greatly appreciated. Very patient and flexible with our schedule. We certainly rate him as one of the better Private Tour Guides we have experienced over a number of trips. Highly recommended.
Wagner was amazing and a pleasure to spend the day with. The tour was great and informative. Highly recommend Wagner and this tour An enjoyable experience
We spent the better half of a day with Wagner driving around Rio, seeing all the sites and learning the history. He is full of stories and knowledge about the area and speaks perfect English. Highly recommend booking him to see all of Rio!
Marcos was friendly, timely and accommodating! We had a great day in Rio and went to all of the ‘must see’ spots we wanted to visit! We topped it off with a great dinner. We had one hiccup and the tour operator was quick to accommodate and respond! I recommend and appreciated the fun time we had in RIO!
We had an amazing day in Rio with Will (also called Celio)! We had seen Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf the day before, so this day we went to the famous Maracaná stadium (we are mild soccer fans), and were blown away by the history. Will is a big fan and had a lot of fun stories and insights to share. Next we went downtown and had a walking tour where we saw the Portuguese Reading room where the King stored all the books he saved when he left Portugal after Napoleon’s invasion. It was beautiful and impressive. We walked through the city and saw the port with a replica of the Portuguese ship that brought the King. We had Cochiñas, a local potato flour pastry, that were delicious at the famous Confeitaria Colombo, a gorgeous 100+ year-old cafeteria/dining room. We saw the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Selaron Steps and the National Library. All so worth it. It was a great, immersive experience of Rio. Will brought it to life with his cheerful, infectious love for his city. His English is superb and we loved our time with him. We ended the day going to the Ipanema beach where we had some marvelous views before returning to our hotel on the Copacabana.
We had a six hour tour with private driver and German speaking guide. It was awesome. Sugarloaf Mountain, Corcovado, Copacabana and "Artist's Staircase". The guide spoke excellent German, was very friendly and open, knowledgeable and led us each past the long lines quickly. She went to great lengths. It couldn't get any better. It was just great.
