We told Santiago where we had been before and what were we looking fir and he tailored the whole experience accordingly. Gave us a few tips of things to try and drinks to have, and where to get them too. He was excellent
Thw tour was good, but instead of 3 full hours, it ended up being only 2 hours (practice time was not supposed to be part of the tour time). The tour felt rushed. We had booked a morning tour to avoid crowded streets, but due to a guide issue, we got pushed back to 1pm, when the crowds were out. I understand that things like this can happen. The disappointment was simply that the tour was reduced by 1/3 for an unknown reason so we did not get the full tour that we paid for.
Santiago was an amazing tour guide.! Friendly knowledgeable and versed in history and nature. He was the reason it was awesome! Mahalo!
Very personable knows the area very safety conscious. Go to the extra mile to make sure that you are having a wonderful time.
Amazing tour! Bo was the best guide! He was so knowledgeable and passionate which made us love it even more. The tour was great time-wise and we got to see so much. There was a good balance of places to suit all interests. The segways were a lot of fun! We highly recommend the tour and make sure you ask for Bo!
Excellent tour and such a fun way to explore Valencia. We loved riding around on Segways and got the hang of them very quickly. Erika was a terrific instructor and incredibly informative tour guide.
We booked a private Segway tour and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Unfortunately, I couldn’t join due to a minor injury earlier in our trip, but my husband and our 11-year-old daughter went ahead — and they both loved every minute of it. From the start, the team was extremely communicative and responsive, checking in on preferred start times and remaining easily reachable via messaging. Everything was smooth and well organised. Our private tour was led by Bo, who was hands down one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had — passionate, funny, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about Valencia’s history, with great little anecdotes along the way. It was our daughter’s first time on a Segway, and Bo was patient, reassuring, and excellent with kids. She picked it up almost instantly and felt confident very quickly. In about 2.5 hours, they covered an impressive amount of the city — from the Central Market and Silk Exchange to Cathedral Square, Torres de Serranos, the Turia Gardens, and the City of Arts and Sciences. Booking a private tour also meant we could customise the route and focus on what we wanted to see. This is a brilliant option for families and for travellers short on time who still want to see and experience the key highlights of Valencia in an efficient and most of all, fun and unique way. Highly recommended!
Great way to see so much of València in a short period of time - strongly recommend and fun too (now I want a Segway!). Simone was an awesome guide.
It was really great, we saw a lot and wonderful photos were taken. Our guide: Clemencia She gave us a perfect briefing for the Segways and we stopped at great photo spots where she took really great photos of us. Historically as well as culturally, she has told or explained a lot to us in general.
It was a really good experience and we got to see really much of the city efficiently and quickly using Segway. Good guide Simo
