El cliente puede optar por que nos sugieran bodegas, reservar y crear el itinerario. Se aplicarán tasas de servicio, impuestos y propinas. Recopilaremos la información de su tarjeta de crédito para realizar una retención de tarjeta de crédito para cualquier incidencia. En el caso de que el tiempo de alquiler se extienda más allá de las 6 horas preestablecidas, o el cliente opta por proporcionar propinas mediante tarjeta de crédito, y o platos rotos, o el exceso de escombros requiere una tarifa de limpieza. Castello di Amorosa es una bodega de castillo toscano de estilo medieval ubicada en Calistoga, Valle de Napa. Este castillo cuenta con más de 136,000 pies cuadrados, incluidas 107 habitaciones, 90 de las cuales están dedicadas a la elaboración y almacenamiento de vino.
Domiane Carneros, una bodega y un castillo emblemático de California, es reconocida como un pequeño productor-productor de espumosos y finos Pinot Noir.
Stags Leap Wine Cellars, conocida notablemente por ser la bodega que ganó el concurso de Cabernet Sauvignon en el famoso "juicio de París" de 1976, fue fundada en 1970 y se considera una finca de primer crecimiento en el Valle de Napa.

Si el lugar de recogida y/o entrega requiere la entrada de una plaza de peaje del puente, espere una tarifa de peaje del puente. Si el lugar de recogida y/o entrega está fuera del radio de 15 millas del punto de referencia designado enumerado anteriormente, esto puede afectar la duración de la experiencia de cata de vinos. Es posible que deba agregarse más tiempo a la reservación preestablecida de 6 horas para completar la experiencia de cata de vinos que solicitó. En caso de que se necesite más tiempo de alquiler, Champion Limo Service cobrará directamente al cliente. Si el cliente no desea extender el tiempo de alquiler, menos bodegas serán visitadas para acomodar la recogida, la experiencia de cata de vinos y la entrega dentro de las 6 horas reservadas y pagadas a Viator y o sus socios. Si el cliente no quiere ampliar el tiempo de alquiler, entonces se visitarán menos bodegas. O el cliente puede elegir ser recogido y dejado en el área de ubicación designada. Todas las tarifas (incluida la gratitud) se pagarán directamente a Champion Limo Service antes de la fecha de recogida, a menos que Champion Limo Service indique lo contrario.

Rodney was very accommodating, entertaining, safe, and professional. We had a marvelous tour of 3 wineries in Napa Valley. Each was very different with their own style. Castello di Amorosa and Stags’ Leap were sensational and immerse you in their history. Thank you Rodney!

The experience was ok. There were some road closures that delayed our trip which was fine but also cut time out of our experience. One of the tastings that was scheduled was canceled due to the road closures. So was only able to enjoy one tasting. F.A was a great driver he got us to and from safely. I just wish the company was aware of the closures before hand. It all worked out in the end and we enjoyed what we could. I would definitely recommend using transportation if you plan on visiting Napa from SF or Oakland.

Horrible experience with Viator. Opt to 6H Napa Valley winery tours on Limousine. Coworkers flew all the way to Napa on Friday August 16th to do the tours but Rodney (contracted Limo) did not show up. We called Rodney and was told he did not get the confirmation from Viator. When we contacted Viator (Kim) customer service said confirmation was sent to Rodney. I do not know who drop the ball but we were the one suffered because of this unprofessional people. Viator couldnt find anyone to pick us up or any alternate tours to accomodate us. I will never recommend Viator again. This was a nightmare experience.
Hi Michelle! I apologize once again to you, as I did via our phone conversation. As I stated, I didn't receive the confirmation at the time of our phone conversation. I wouldn't disregard Viator as an useful tool for your trips in the future. This was the first time that I've experienced this issue. Most importantly, that's why we always have some type of communication with the clients. Either Viator message board, email, or phone call. It's unfortunate that another service provider was not contacted for your groups wine tasting. I do understand that you were upset when I conveyed to you the issue. But, I was trying to tell you about my affiliates that were able to provide the transportation for your group, but you abruptly ended our phone call. I wish this post was on the positive end. My apologies!
Booked this Napa Valley tour at the last minute and Rodney & his concierge team immediately contacted me and helped plan a fantastic day to some great wineries. Our driver FA was very professional & on-time and he ensured that we had a great time. I also appreciated that all the fees were included in the price so we were not surprised by any additional cost once we returned from a great day. I would definitely recommend this tour and I will book another private tour the next time we are in town!

Champion did a great job. I thought this was going to be a group tour in the limo, but we had it all to ourselves. Vanessa did well setting up the wineries and our driver gave us a bit of history and highlights along the way.
