Jeff gave us the best custom bike tour of DC monuments! He is an expert on family-friendly bike paths and also on each historical marker along the mall, from the Washington monument to the Lincoln memorial, he kept us safe, entertained, and inspired. He even fed us snacks! He made sure we took a route that everyone in my family could keep up with, knew where the closest bathroom breaks were at any given time, and honestly sparked a love of history in my 11 year-old son. We could not have done this on our own. He took very cool pics of us along the way too. Jeff's stories about the city are engaging from the beginning of the tour when he laid out a map of the city and showed us where were going to the end when we wished we had more time. His enthusiasm and love of history is contagious. I would love to do it again and go at nighttime to see everything lit up.

Absolutely the highlight of our trip to DC! We saw so much and learned SO much form Jeff. Our kids are 7, 10, 10 and 12 and he was excellent with all of us. Jeff checked in with me several times before the trip to get to know us and has a great plan for our family. He also brought gloves, snacks, helmets and water bottles- made it very easy. I would recommend DC Cycling Concierge to anyone!

This was our 2nd time out with Jeff. We came last year and did a family tour around the mall from the Supreme Court to the Lincoln memorial and everything in between. It was the highlight of our trip and when we decided to come back to DC this year the first thing we did was to book our tour with DC Cycling Concierge. Jeff has a wealth of knowledge and makes everything easy, enjoyable and educational. On our 2nd tour with him this year he was attentive to our desire to return to a few family favorites from last year while sprinkling in some off the beaten path historical sites. He moves at your speed and provides everything you need from helmets to gloves, mittens, jackets, water and most importantly snacks. If we return to DC next year we will without a doubt be booking a tour with Jeff. We found out about Jeff through a friend that took a family tour with him and we tell everyone we know travelling to DC about him as well!

We had such a great time on this tour! Our guide, Jeff, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all members of our group. We learned the history of Washington DC along with fun facts and stories along the way. The route was well planned and safe. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see the city in a unique, active and engaging way.

This was the highlight of our trip to DC. Our family had the best time with Jeff touring on bikes. Jeff was personal with the recommendations of places to visit. He was kind enough to accommodate a struggling rider and provided hidden gems of sites throughout the city. I’d 200% recommend this activity for anyone- whether an individual wanting to see sites or a large group.

We had it an incredible day with Jeff And DC cycling. Jeff was so knowledgeable, organized, and safe for our group of six. The time with him just flew by. He was also kind enough to bring gloves and hats for everyone as it was a chilly day. I would highly recommend jeff and DC cycling.

Cycling with Jeff through DC was amazing! A 10 out of 10!! The tour exceeded our expectations, as all three kids (17, 14, 12) announced that this bike tour was the best part of our trip. Jeff has a wealth of knowledge about DC, and was certain to share stories you don't typically hear about in history books. Jeff was a great guide (we stopped at all the big destination spots, and he took us to some of the lesser known spots as well), photographer (he graciously took photos of our family in front of all of the stops), and host (he brought us all personal water bottles, snacks, and extra clothing to adapt to the weather). The trip was a fun way to see the city, while also sneaking in a little exercise. We highly recommend Jeff's bike tour and this experience!

Jeff was an awesome giude! Very knowledable about all of the different monuments and historical sites which made the tour fun and interesting. He went at a comfortably pace and we never felt rushed at any of the sites. I would highly recommend this tour to other families!

This tour was one of the highlights of my family's trip to DC and it was the absolute perfect way to do DC with kids. Jeff was fantastic - he engaged my kids through the whole day, made the history and context come alive. He was super flexible, handling a 6, 8 and 10 year old's questions (and need for extra breaks) like the pro he clearly is.
