Únase a nosotros para una excursión en bicicleta privada y guiada única de medio día de 10-12 km con una bicicleta eléctrica que lo llevará a una aventura a través del pintoresco valle de Banhoek, Stellenbosch, en el corazón de Winelands. Permite las vistas más impresionantes del valle mientras se está en la bicicleta. En el camino, nos detendremos para degustar vinos en dos pequeñas bodegas boutique de propiedad familiar y galardonadas. Tendrás un guía especializado en vinos que te explicará la historia del vino, las temporadas de los viñedos y el hermoso valle en el que estarás. Itinerario
Este es el punto de partida oficial del recorrido Banhoek Lodge, Helshoogte Road (R310), Stellenbosch. También puede estacionar su automóvil aquí de manera segura. Llegue 15 minutos antes de que comience el recorrido para que podamos proporcionarle la bicicleta y el casco del tamaño correcto y también seguir el protocolo. El recorrido comenzará con una sesión informativa del recorrido con su guía de vinos para el día. Este punto es también el punto final del recorrido. El recorrido en bicicleta pasa por bodegas y viñedos privados y lejos del tráfico y las carreteras principales.
Nuestro guía de vinos acreditado lo guiará en un épico recorrido en bicicleta al aire libre en un hermoso valle. Hablará de la historia del vino del valle y de la bodega, las estaciones de la vid y los vinos. Zorgvliet será la primera parada para la cata de vinos en nuestra ruta. El ciclismo aquí y el tiempo que pasan aquí se calculan juntos.
Mientras andamos en bicicleta a través de viñedos y caminos privados lejos de las carreteras principales y el tráfico, descubriremos y visitaremos una pequeña bodega boutique llamada Thelema para nuestra segunda cata de vinos del día. Our guide Abie led us on a wonderful e-bike tour of Stellenbosch and some local vineyards. Abie was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the region. He enriched the experience. The wine tastings and lunch were great but they each seemed to be secondary to the beautiful panoramic scenery of the region. It was beautiful and made for a great experience.
We made a nice bike ride with our guide Tim, who told a lot about the area. We deviated a bit with our wishes from the program, but Tim handled it well. It was a nice trip between the vines on e-bikes.
Very friendly guide who knows a lot about wine and about the history of the country Beautiful surroundings. Good bikes. But you only cycle a little bit. Bit short for the money you're paying.
Good day, Thank you for joining us for the e-bike tour and taking time out to write a review. I apologize that the distance you cycled was of a shorter distance on the day. On a Private Tour we are generally very flexible and would customize the tour on the go. The distance of the tour is part of the tour description when you make a booking. The idea is to have a very relaxed and easy short ride between wineries to enjoy wine tastings and take in the beauty of the valley on a e-bike. We had a fantastic morning with Colin from Wineland Guides. He gave us a very thorough briefing so we felt safe on the e-bikes. Colin was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine industry and local area, and stopped at the most scenic spots so we could take photos and hear more about the history of Stellenbosch. We stopped at Thelema and Rainbows End for some fantastic local wines. Also travelling via bikes through vineyards gives you the most phenomenal views that you miss when travelling via car!

As per our main description of the tour, it tells you exactly distance, how many wineries you are visiting and that you'll be tasting wine at two wineries. The tour itinerary has a optional third winery should you wish to stop for lunch, and this can be easily communicated to the guide on the day as the tour is very flexible and customizable within the time frame of the tour. We had a great day with Tim and Prince. They modified the standard tour of three wine tastings because we wanted to do a bit more cycling through the lovely scenery. Of the two vineyards Thelema was by far our favourite and we bought quite a bit of wine to bring back to our villa. All in all highly recommended
