Tour privado en bicicleta eléctrica por el legado de Gaudí con el Parque Güell

We did not enjoy the tour for three main reasons: 1 - The bikes are in TERRIBLE shape. Bad brakes, bad chains.. one bike had such a loose chain that it kept popping off and caused disruption in our trip. The bikes need maintenance! Eventually Augustino had to swap bikes with us. But there was no offer to bring another bike or have any kind of support in case of mechanical failure. 2 - The tour description says regarding Park Guell: "we’ll spend around 50 minutes exploring.." In fact, the guide left us at the gate to explore alone, and he told us that he is not a certified guide so is not allowed to give tours inside Park Guell! This is wrong and misleading when the description says "WE" - this means "you +I" in English, which means the guide would accompany the guests. When we were clearly surprised & disappointed at this diminished experience, Augustino told us to download the audio guide in lieu of his expertise - but there was no signal in the park, and the audioguide would not download via the QR code or searching for the app. It just froze.. I took screenshots of the failures. Not only that - but even if the audioguide had downloaded properly, we did not bring our headphones so would not be able to listen or follow easily on speakerphone in the loud & crowded park, because the tour instructions did not tell us to bring headphones or download the audioguide in advance. Overall, this part of the tour was a huge disappointment. 3 - Also the tour description says we will stop at "no less than 5 of his [Gaudi's] UNESCO-listed works"one of which is supposed to be the complimentary drink atop the Casa Fuster Hotel. However, Augustino said the Casa Fuster Hotel is NOT part of the tour and instead took us to Hotel Condes de Barcelona. So we did not see 5 Gaudi sites on this tour. This tour was worth less than half of what we paid. Huge disappointment. The description is grossly misleading and we did not receive the services promised. At their request by email ("...or if there were some problems with your experience, or you have some other feedback, please do get in contact with us via email and we'll do our very best to put it right!") I emailed this exact feedback to them on June 14 and received zero reply. Very poor customer service overall.

We had a great personalized tour with capable Claudia. She knew the streets and personalized our tour based on what we had already seen and what we were planning to visit on our own. She also calibrated our ride to our family's different physical capabilities. It was fun learning from her and talking with her. We felt like we had a true friend showing us around the sights.

A phenomenal way to see Barcelona. The Gaudi Bike tour had e-bikes in excellent condition and make Barcelona's challenging hills easy. The best bit of all was out tour guide Agustin (request him if you can). He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We covered so much of the city seeing epic Gaudi buildings and learning so much. We had a planned stop for drinks at a very nice rooftop bar, but give the day and hour it was packed (and there was a private even). Agustin managed to secure us a table for 4 with a view of the Sagrada Familia. He gave us great suggestions for the rest of our stay in Barcelona. A great help.

We really enjoyed our Gaudi bike tour with Julio! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured we were with him at all times as we navigated Barcelona’s excellent bike path network! I highly recommend the Park Guell tour as the park tickets are all sorted out for you. Julio was such a great guide and as avid bikers we always think it is the best way to see a city. Julio knew some sweet side streets as we rolled down the hill from the park that allowed a glimpse into Barcelona’s neighborhood's. Definitely recommend a tour with this bike company and with Julio!

Our bike ride was very enjoyable. Elisa was knowledgeable and provided interesting information. We would highly recommend.

Mariana was wonderful to personalize this experience for us. We got to see a lot of Barcelona and she was great with our teen!

Our guide was excellent - very knowledgeable, flexible and fun. The bikes worked great and it was quite an adventure to make our way through the city up to the park and back. The biggest challenge was finding the store - some better signs might help.

Julio went above and beyond is personalizing our tour and he obviously spends time on his own in research on Barcelona. His love for Barcelona and his job is obvious and spills over to the tour itself!

Augustine was a very knowledgeable and fun guide. We really appreciated him guiding us through Barcelona safely! It would have been very tricky to figure out how all the bike lanes link together.
