I cannot recommend this trip enough. Both Tommy and Datta looked after us from start to finish. The cable car journey into the clouds was spectacular and we all had the most amazing time. A little girl in our group was mesmerized by her trip to fairyland. This is a five star experience and purchasing wow tickets jumps the queues propelling your visit to VIP status. You need to be aware that you will meet your guide at the entrence to the port on arrival and will be dropped there on returning to the ship. You must take a free shuttle to the port entrance so don’t delay getting off the ship. Not only is the bus free it’s a free for all so be prepared to do battle to get on the shuttle either when you get off the ship or when you are retuning. That said, Don’t book a shore excursion from your cruise line, you won’t get the same experience. This is an unforgettable experience and a must in Da Nang !

We are so grateful with the excellent service received from Tommy and his team : very responsive in communication via WhatsApp before and after the tour, great guide given by Tien, our tour guide, and Lu, the driver. We came in mid December, where the weather was still wet and chilly. So bring along your jacket/sweaters and ponchos (for light rain) and by Tommy's recommendation, we got the Silver Pass. (Extra 300.000 dong each). What a great move, cause we moved pass all the cable car waiting lines. And don't miss the buffet lunch! It is a must to get it! Put aside a whole day for this tour. 1hr to and fro from the hotel in Hoi An. And a good 7hrs spent at Ba Na hills & Golden Bridge. There are a lot to see and do. Thank You Tommy and Team! Our son couldn't stop talking about how good the trip is!

We found out 22 hours before getting to Da Nang that we would be porting there. I was scrambling to make tours plans, and Tommy did not disappoint. He went above and beyond to get us a private tour for the day, and we were lucky to have Ty and Lu as our guide and driver. They accommodated for weather, our preference and made our last minute day in the area so special. Highly recommend Tommy’s company. We felt safe and got immense value out of the entire day! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

We firstly enjoyed a leisurely 45 minute drive from Da Nang to Ba Na Hills listening to information from our guide Phouk along the way. We jumped on the cable car and got off at the Golden Bridge. What a marvel the bridge was. Following many photos at the bridge, we walked to the picturesque gardens for more amazement. Then it was time for the next stage of the cable ride up to the French village, giving a total cable ride of 6km. The extent of the village features was totally unexpected. Live entertainment was viewed at the stage in the village as well as in the large beer cellar where we also given coupons for free beer. After we left the cellar, we enjoyed a fantastic variety of food at the buffet lunch, then headed for the cable ride back down the mountain. There are 5 cable ride routes, and our return ride was on a different ride to going up. At all locations, our guide Phouk was able to direct us to the best locations to take our photos. After reaching the bottom, our driver, Hoang, was waiting close by to pick us up and take us safely back to our ship.
