Tour privado (desde el aeropuerto de Amán): El Misterio del Bautismo de Jesús y el Río Jordano

<p>We had never heard of Airport Layover Tours. We were staying in an airport hotel and they agreed to pick us up there at no extra charge. The tour guide did not speak English very well, but we could understand much of what he said. He had to park at a pick up point and a bus picked up people at this point because it is in a military zone. The water was almost nonexistent in the baptism site, but the guide said it fills with water in the spring. There is some walking to do once we got off the bus. We could see a baptism taking place in the Jordan River at a church across the river in Israel. The people on our tour there were from all over the world. One woman from Slovenia took a small bottle out of her purse and filled it with water from the Jordan River for her grandchild's baptism. We were given ample time to take photos. Afterwards, we went by a gift shop where they sold bottles of Jordan River water. So glad that we took this tour.</p>
