We had a wonderful day exploring wineries in the Chianti Region of Tuscany with an amazing driver and guide, Ian. He was so knowledgeable and created a wonderful experience for us! Thank you Ian!
Ian created a personalized experience that was one of a kind. We visited both smaller, lesser known wineries as well as a great tour and lunch at a famous Chianti Classico one. Ian even walked us around the ancient town of Radda.
Ian was an awesome guide! He went out of his way to make sure we had a great day. He even swung by Sienna so I could pick up a piece of gear that I needed -- totally unplanned and very much appreciated!
Ian was a fantastic guide. A few days before the tour he reached out to see about any allergies, special requests, etc. My husband has Celiac and navigating that when we travel can be a bit daunting so it was very much appreciated. Ian was right on time in the morning, the vehicle spotless and comfortable. He pointed out various places of interest on our way up and down the winding roads, and even taught me a neat trick for car sickness! He picked fantastic wineries for us and made sure the lunch spot was aware of my husbands food allergies. He made sure we were well taken care of at each spot, and even brought umbrellas for us. When we found out the gelato shop we planned to go to was closed, he took us to another village for gelato and took us on a tour of the town, accompanying us into shops. He answered our endless questions about what it’s like to live in Siena as an expat, history, and wine. We could not recommend him more!!!

Driving along the countryside you get a sense of how impressive the area of Chianti is and the tours and tastings give you insight to the long history and passion of the wine makers. Very enjoyable tour and our guide was insightful, attentive, and a joy to spend the day with.

I booked this trip direct with the operator last summer during my Tuscany vacation and was very pleased with the day. Although the area specializes in chianti, the wineries succeeded in offering some good variety of product and certainly prompted us to buy a few bottles. The operator then arranged for shipping the wine direct to our home. We were a group of five people, we also enjoyed a delicious lunch with our guide Antony - definitely recommended! I have done a number of similar trips in the past, all generally good but this was certainly one of my favorite trips.

I attended this tour in late summer 2021 during my vacation in Tuscany through my hotel. Once booked I quickly had contact with the operator and everything was easy from there on. They even accomodated a couple of small special request I made. Highly recommended

My husband and I enjoyed our wine tour with Joe so very much. He took us to two smaller wineries and one large where we were able to taste a variety of wines as well as olive oil. He also took us on a little walking tour around Siena with a delicious lunch and we had plenty of time for pictures. Joe is a great conversationalist and an excellent tour guide. Highly recommended!
3 wineries were advertised. We only visited 1. The MOST significant winery was booked full and our guide could not get us in. He never notified us of unavailability and had 6 days to do so. Even when he picked us up he did not notify us. Rather, he rattled off the new itinerary as if it was the same as the one advertised. Disceptive practice. We had to deduce on our own that there was a change. Antony/Joe is British not Italian so obviously he speaks English very well. Not much historical data was offered throughout.
I apolgize for the fact that I was unable to get you into the one winery, I would however like to point out that of the three listed wineries we did visit two of them, and we did also visit two additional wineries. I always try my best to get people into the listed locations, but they are subject to availability. I agree that I should have notified you earlier and again I do apologize
