Casi nada de lo que ves en la Ciudad existía antes del Puente. Usaremos el Puente como una forma de entender la Ciudad que se levantó a su alrededor: los edificios, los otros puentes, el sistema de transporte, la gente. Y luego están todas las historias divertidas que abarcan 140 años. Tendremos 90 minutos repletos explorando el puente, la ciudad y su historia.

Itinerario
Nos encontraremos en una de las partes más antiguas de Brooklyn. Pasaremos 30 minutos caminando alrededor de la base del puente, admirando las mejores vistas del mismo, y discutiendo la increíble historia de cómo fue construido
Luego caminaremos sobre el puente, teniendo la oportunidad de examinar la arquitectura de cerca. Caminar sobre el Puente es una experiencia increíble y hablaremos de lo mucho y lo poco que ha cambiado este proceso en los últimos 140 años, terminando la historia de su construcción y su larga vida
Terminaremos en el lado de Manhattan del puente dentro del encantador City Hall Park donde podemos ver el lado alternativo del puente.

If you want to walk the Brooklyn Bridge, and never forget you crossed it, go with Jonathan. He is extremely well informed; he knows about the details ánd the historical context. Jon, our private Tour Guide, was personable and patient with our questions, knowlegable about the Bridge's history and architecture- very insightful. He knew the Roebling family history well, and 1000+ points for his many shout-outs to the critical, central role that Emily Roebling played in the Bridge's completion!
