Las montañas de Galilea son ricas en suelo volcánico y son ideales para la elaboración del vino debido a sus veranos calurosos e inviernos nevados. La Galilea abarca las regiones conocidas como la Alta Galilea, la Baja Galilea, la Galilea Occidental y los Valles.
