It was indeed a wonderful experience with Fly Wing Tour operator. Mr Ishara organized us a personalized tour plan and executed it wonderfully. The support of Mr Ishara has been amazing. We got a nice clean vehicle and a driver cum tour guide Mr Rameez who could speak English and Hindi language. Our entire journey was 10 nights starting from Colombo - Negombo. We covered Negombo, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Yala National Park, Mirissa, Hirkitiya Beach, Turtle Beach, Bentota, Colombo. Our experience between 26/04/2026 to 06/05/2026 was wonderful covering lot of amazing places. We saw many Elephants, amazing cultural shows, clean beaches. Sri Lanka overall country experience is good. It is clean country with good people and hospitality. Some of the best hotels which I can mention and recommend, where we stayed, were Golden Ridge, Cinnamon Bey, Hill Crest, Araliya Red, Elephant Reach, etc. The support of tour operator Mr Ishara has been amazing. He is always available and has very good contacts with hotel staff. Wherever we had any sort of minor issues, it was resolved quickly within minutes to ensure that we got the best experience. Being vegetarians, Sri Lanka gives issues in finding pure veg options. However, we managed it well through able guidance of our tour guide and operator. I will recommend vegetarians to carry some of own stuff from India, it will help. At the end, thank you Fly Wing, Mr Ishara, Mr Rameez and my school friend Mr Mayank Gupta to make our trip possible and wonderful.

The tour company would not respond to myself of Viator after repeated messages before the tour start date. Then when the day came for them to pick me up to start the tour, they did not show up or respond until an hour after the start time and stated that they were not able to do the tour. Nothing like leaving me stuck without a backup plan - no tour, no accommodation, etc - and with no basic concern for the customer at all. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ENTIRE TRIP/VACATION RUINED. They should be banned from Viator!

Sarani was out coordinator from Flywing and she did an amazing job planning our trip with customisation. She is very patient and understanding about requirements. She went beyond miles for our requested hotel bookings. The driver assigned to us Kasun, was kind and helpful too. We didn’t have to hustle for planned activities as it was very smooth. Would recommend Flywing and Sarani if you are travelling to Sri lanka as she knows length and breadth of the place. Some activities gets closed around 5pm so plan your trips accordingly to start early.
