Después de los desayunos, su guía privado lo recogerá en el lobby de su hotel. Siéntese y relájese en un vehículo privado para no fumadores con aire acondicionado y bien mantenido durante 3 horas en automóvil. Aprenderá de su conocedora guía de viaje de Tulou sobre la historia de los Chuxi Tulou (edificios de la Tierra Hakka), la vida local de la gente Hakka, algunos datos básicos de los edificios de la Tierra que visitará y otras cosas que debe saber para este tour. Al llegar a la aldea de Chuxi, primero irá a la plataforma de observación para tener una vista panorámica de Chuxi Tulou, que antes había sido confundida con platillos voladores o con una base de misiles. A unesco heritage place. Worth viewing but to get there is quite a pain. If you go with a group tour, they will be trying to get you to buy things on route so a private tour is preferred. If you go on your own from Xiamen, it can be a very long journey.

Chuxi village is worth a visit. About 2.5 hours drive from Xiamen. Few tourists in December 2025. You get a great view from the hilltop and can visit a few tulou of different sizes. Unlike other villages the tourism signage is not as prevalent which makes the experience more immersive. You can also get a good meal in the village. The guide himself had fairly limited English skills, and very limited knowledge to share about the history and culture of the area, which was disappointing. That said, I would definitely recommend visiting tulou if you can.
