Tendremos nuestra parada de 2 a 3 horas en Swarovski Crystal World. Usted es flexible para elegir el tiempo de recogida cuando piensa que habrá terminado. No te limitamos con el tiempo. Puedes pasar por el Museo (de hecho, es la cabeza grande de Gigante) con audioguía en diferentes idiomas, y después tendrás tiempo para comprar algo bonito en la tienda más grande de Swarovski con la mayor parte de la colección que puedas conseguir. Los boletos de entrada están incluidos - se nos reservará por adelantado para que no haga cola. Puedes discutir la hora de recogida con tu conductor.
El conductor lo recogerá de Swarovski Crystall World a la hora acordada. Conduciendo de regreso a Innsbruck - 20 min.

Our day trip to Sworvosky museum on 25th April 2026 managed by you was fantastic. I and my wife would personally like to thank you for the wonderful arrangements and our guide and companion, Marin, who drove us around,. Marin was simply a fantastic person. Very knowledgeable about Innsbruck and Sworvosky and possesses a very pleasant personality along with a very good condition car. Marin makes the trip enjoyable and added values with history of Sworvosky, small anecdotes and proper guidance. It was a memorable trip. Thank you very much for everything.
Very good experience…punctual, friendly and responsive. Went early for lunch and tour included audio and tickets. Installations/exhibits were cool and the grounds are stunning. Would recommend…just be aware that guide does not accompany you…that was made clear and we were fine with that.
We had a fabulous time with our tour guide Anna. I visited here 25 years ago so to see the change was interesting. The museum was also very interesting & well done.
Good insight to the founding of the company and the man who started it (Daniel Swarovski). I find the background and web of the founders very interesting. Did not get to see making of crystals -maybe because it was Saturday. The museum is one of a person's taste - some interesting some not. The ride and the guide were excellent.
There is so much to do and so many things to see but timing may be your biggest issue. Learn about the local transport as it’s great and saves you plenty. An average uber/taxi is euro15 bus and trams are great and save you a fotune. Watch the road signs as it’s important one ways are many. Had a great time and a lovely place to have visited
1 it was just a cab ride to and from crystal world and the cabbie bought our tickets while we stood there. Once we got into the cab our driver made about 5 phone calls and did the exact same thing on the ride back, which was rude. I could have gotten my own cab or uber or train to Crystal World and bought my own tickets in. We were also told to text when we were done but not between 1:30-2:00 he was taking lunch. A complete waste of money and time.

For the benefit of future guests, we would like to clarify the nature of the service you booked: a private drive to Swarovski Crystal World from Innsbruck (option- Tour with Driver), including entry tickets and an audio guide, with pickup and return in a private Mercedes E-Class. This tour does not include a personal in-museum guide or tour escort, as stated in the tour description. That booking was made on 21.04 and it was 3 months time to read description and ask us questions in case something is unclear. The driver picked you up from your hotel on time at 09:00, as you had requested. He provided your pre-booked tickets and pre-booked audio guides with limited availability, which he collected on site at Skip the line cashier exclusively for travel companies (not accessible for private visitors). How it always done in all museums and sights of Austria. Private visitor has to stay in line to purchase tickets on site in case. Your original request was to pick up back at 12:30. Later, you unexpectedly requested an earlier pickup at 11:20 in a very arrogant manner (I.e. you had texted “pick up me now!” As you were talking to a slave(just for information we use here words “thank you, please and could you please” if we want to change some agreement especially :). The driver was able to accommodate you “order” by reorganizing other bookings. For clarity: the driver’s legally(according to Austrian labor law) required lunch break was scheduled for 13:30-14:00, and therefore had no impact whatsoever on your return time. Any phone calls received were related to coordinating the new schedule and were handled via hands-free, in full compliance with Austrian road safety laws. We believe your expectations may not have matched the service you booked. If you were seeking a fully guided tour, those are available at a different price level and with different inclusions. This tour is beyond words and loved knowing the story behind the history of how the crystals are made and used in some many different use cases. The tour operator Anna is incredible and love all the insights she shared around the SWAROVSKI family history. Highly recommend this tour when visiting Innsbruck.
The driver picked the 6 of us up at our hotel, and drove us to Swarovski Crystal World. He was on time, and the trip went quick - about an hour. When we got there, he went to the box office, picked up our tickets and personal audio devices, and asked when he should return for us. We were there 2 1/2 hours - and I felt it was perfect (we didn't eat there). This is the most AMAZING place. They have inside installations, and outside gardens. I had no idea what this would be like, but we all were so very surprised and pleased. I definitely recommend this tour.
My daughter had a dream of going back to Swarovski again. Well she achieved this dream on 5 th September. I enjoyed it so much too Marin our support gentleman was so great. We were well looked after. Anna was confirming by email too . a great company to deal with congratulations. B
