I had the pleasure of having Marciano as our guide and driver. He was very knowledgeable of the town and made our experience comfortable. However, the price paid for this tour is totally not worth it. For the price, I was expecting to talk to actual engineers from Google, Apple and Meta. Gain knowledge of how things work. Instead we just went to stores. There was No interaction from employees. It was very restricted and limited.
Your input is valuable to us, however, your main complain ( not meeting engineers ) is not in the tour description. We don’t say clients will meet engineers or any employees from the tech companies visited. To have the experience of learning from employees you would have to book one immersion tour and, that would cost you at least 5 times more than you paid. The stores you visited are the visitor centers where you can learn about the new products and also about the companies. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Marciano was on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all things Silicon Valley and Stanford. Very personable with great conversation and flexible with our requests. Encouraged us to do the bikes at Google!!! And the Stanford tower. Thank you for an amazing day Marciano!!! Highly recommend!!!

Our Silicon Valley tour was amazing also thanks to the help of our tour guide Fred. He was friendly and knowledgeable about all the places we went (Stanford, Apple, Google and Meta). He was also up for a nice chat on the car rides and made sure that we all had a good time and personalised our schedule to the places that we wanted to see the most. The whole experience was terrific. Fred our tour guide was a nice guy, informative and helpful, and he went out of his way to make our experience enjoyable. Everything ran like clockwork. Fred ensured we stayed on time and got to see everything we hoped to see. It was well worth the day and we couldn't have accomplished this on our own.

Alex picked us up in a nice Suburban. He was on time but that is when the service basically ended. Alex was extremely hard to hear and understand. He had absolutely no interesting facts on any of the places we saw. He basically was an uber driver. I was using this tour to attract employees to the area from other states. They were asking me questions about Meta, Apple, Stanford, and Google. I had no answers for them and neither did Alex. He did not offer any information on any of the places we stopped. He basically said here we are, you an get out and walk around if you want. I spent almost $500 on an uber ride. Even the people I was touring from out of state made comments that Alex had no info to share. I am hoping to get a refund of some kind.
Great guide and comfortable ride. Got to see a lot in an efficient schedule. Great for visitors and locals alike.

This tour gives a great perspective of what Silicon Valley is. Our guide Marciano was a gentleman and well informed. We were able to see where Silicon Valley began and Steve Job’s house as well.
