Este recorrido lo lleva de Dubrovnik a Split con una parada en Ston. Ston era la segunda ciudad más importante, después de Dubrovnik, de la República de Dubrovnik. Ston tiene murallas, construidas entre los siglos XIV y XV, que se extienden a lo largo de 5 kilómetros de longitud. Las murallas estaban fortificadas por cuarenta torres y baluartes. Ston también cuenta con grandes salinas naturales en la base del canal de Ston, donde desde hace siglos se produce sal marina, un precioso producto monopolístico de la República de Dubrovnik. La historia de Split tiene ya 17 siglos y se remonta a la época en que el emperador romano Diocleciano decidió construir su palacio en la península cerca de la gran ciudad romana de Salona, donde quería pasar los últimos años de su vida. Durante estos 1700 años, el Palacio poco a poco se convirtió en una ciudad, que hasta el día de hoy cautiva con su rica tradición, su gloriosa historia y la belleza de su patrimonio natural y cultural. Además, Split es Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO desde 1979.

En Ston realizaremos un recorrido a pie y luego tiempo libre para tomar un café, desayunar o ir de compras.
Una vez que lleguemos a Split, te mostraré el Palacio de Diocleciano y la famosa Split Riva. Cuando terminemos nuestro recorrido histórico a pie, tendrá suficiente tiempo libre para almorzar, relajarse o ir de compras.

We had an amazing transfer from Dubrovnik to Split. Stipe was on time, kind, and professional. The drive was comfortable thanks to the luxurious car, and we took pictures at a number of picturesque locations. An excellent mode of transportation between the two cities.

We booked this tour because we needed to go from Dubrovnik to Split and it was a perfect pick for us.Our guide stopped in Ston and showed us Ston and also we stopped in a little winery on the way and the red wine was amazing
