Lisboa es romántica, hermosa, histórica y una ciudad impresionante en general. Muchos de los que vivimos aquí tardamos toda una vida en descubrir por completo todas sus maravillas. Nuestro recorrido See-It-All tiene como objetivo brindarle todo lo posible en el menor tiempo posible. El patrimonio de la ciudad tiene más de 800 años y hay mucho que aprender al respecto. Desde la arquitectura barroca hasta la gótica, pasando por las estrechas calles de nuestro barrio más antiguo, Alfama, no tenemos ninguna duda de que te sumergirás en esta experiencia única. Pretendemos mostrároslos todos, empezando por el Parque Eduardo VII, y pasando por el Acueducto de Águas Livres, una de las mejores obras de ingeniería portuguesa del siglo XVIII. Luego visitaremos los sitios declarados Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO de la Torre de Belém y el Monasterio de los Jerónimos, el Monumento a los Descubrimientos y el Museo del Carruaje. Para finalizar el recorrido, nos detendremos en uno de nuestros miradores más famosos de Lisboa. Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, y termine con un increíble recorrido a pie por Alfama, para disfrutar de nuestra cultura y ambiente popular.

Itinerario
Situado al norte de la Avenida da Liberdade, en lo alto de la Plaza del Marqués de Pombal, se encuentra el parque más grande de Lisboa. Originalmente llamado Liberty Park, fue renombrado en honor a la visita del Rey de Inglaterra en 1903. En adelante, se llamaría Edward VII Park. Desarrolladas a lo largo de 25 acres de tierra, estas dos avenidas están paralelas a una larga franja de césped, con muchas delicias y vistas relajantes.
Aunque esconde algunos misterios, fue considerado el lugar más bello de Lisboa a principios de siglo, la impresionante estructura se eleva sobre el valle de Alcântara. La construcción de un acueducto para llevar agua a la ciudad le dio al rey João V la oportunidad de dar rienda suelta a su pasión por la construcción grandiosa, ya que la única zona de Lisboa que tenía agua era Alfama.
Encargada por el rey Manuel I, la torre fue construida entre 1515 y 1521 para ser una fortaleza en medio del Tajo. Punto de partida de los navegantes de los Descubrimientos, esta joya manuelina se convirtió en el símbolo de la expansión portuguesa.
Monumento a la riqueza de la Era de los Descubrimientos, es el pináculo de la arquitectura manuelina de la época. Fue encargado por el rey Manuel I hacia 1501, poco después del regreso de Vasco da Gama.
Encaramado en lo alto de la orilla del río en Belém, este enorme monumento fue construido en 1960 para conmemorar el 500 aniversario de la muerte de Enrique el Navegante.
Esta colección de autocares es probablemente la mejor de Europa. Fabricados en Portugal, Italia, Francia, Austria y España, los autocares abarcan tres siglos y van desde los más sencillos hasta los más sofisticados.
El mirador de São Pedro de Alcântara es uno de los miradores más amplios e icónicos de Lisboa. Está justo al lado de la cima del funicular Glória y ofrece una vista especial de la ciudad. Aquí se puede ver toda la Avenida da Liberdade, Restauradores y Baixa, así como la colina del Castelo de São Jorge, con sus imponentes murallas y su fotogénica corona verde de pinos piñoneros. También puedes ver en detalle el mirador de Igreja da Graça, con su imponente iglesia.
Un barrio fascinante a cualquier hora del día pero que cobra vida a primera hora de la tarde cuando los habitantes salen a la calle y las tabernas empiezan a llenarse. Este es un recorrido a pie pasando por el Castillo de S. Jorge, la Igreja de Santo Antonio y la Catedral de Lisboa (Sé).
El Panteón Nacional es uno de los símbolos de Lisboa, pero también de Portugal. Al fin y al cabo, esta es la última morada de grandes figuras de nuestra historia, como Amália Rodrigues y Eusébio. Sin embargo, las particularidades de este lugar no se limitan a los viajes de quienes allí descansan. La construcción de este edificio comenzó en el siglo XVI. Jose was an extraordinary guide. Not only did he take me to all the places and neighborhoods I hadn’t visited in depth-Christ the Redeemer monument, Alfama, Almada, Chiado and Barrio Alto, he took me to two of the seven highest viewpoints of Lisbon. At each, he was able to point out all of the different neighborhoods, the property where I was staying, different monuments, palace and more. The views were spectacular. From there we had a lunch at a spot only frequented by locals. Not only was the food spectacular, the owner of the restaurant gifted me with a tile plaque commemorating the restaurants anniversary and also a poster of the restaurant. Our last stop was the Royal Palace of Lisbon. I have no comprehension as to why not is not one of the top rated points of interest in Lisbon as it is breathtakingly beautiful. We virtually had the palace to ourselves along with the gardens and greenhouse. Throughout the day I learned so much about the culture, history, architecture and development of Portugal. This was the perfect ending with the perfect person on a perfect trip. I could not have asked for more nor could I have been with a more entertaining, knowledgeable and decent person.

Wine yards and wine tasting was great, but aven better was the driver <3 no rush at all and he was very helpfull with everything. He had good local knowledge and also he did know lot from the history of Portugal. If you are still thinking to take a tour from Avenidas, stop the thinking and call them and make a reservation. I have to give 10+
Booked this tour and they never showed up. Was depending on them since we only had a short amount of time to explore Lisbon. I heard they had great reviews for tours/drivers so I was very excited to book them. However, I called and WhatsApp messaged them multiple times and never got a response. Very unprofessional.
Dear Deja, We are really sorry this client did not have the tour today. This reservation came in the early hours of the day prior to the travel date and our e-mail did not receive notification for it. Moreover, the contact attempts to our number through whatsapp, were not ideal because we have hundreds of chats there and things get lost very easily. It just so happens that there was a problem with the Viator notifications and we did not get an email informing of the reservation (which can some 24 hours prior to the tour). To be honest, as much as we regret not being able to serve this tour, which was in our best interest, we do not believe this situation is deserving of giving us a rating of 1*. Especially when, unfortunately for both of parties, you did not experience our tour/service at all. Wish you all the best, Manuel

I am one of a group of six women who contracted to be driven from the Lisbon airport to our Airbnb home on the evening of May 29, 2019. We had been lead to believe our house was in Sintra near restaurants, shopping, and transportation. Instead we found ourselves in the middle of a very rural area with none of the above within walking distance of our house! I was obviously upset about our situation, and told our driver, a young man named Marccio Passos, how we had been mislead when we booked the house. He saw our predicament and took it upon himself to call his boss and make arrangements so he could offer to be our private driver for the next 2 days. Not only that, but he also drove us to a grocery store that night and waited while we got provisions for making dinner and breakfast since we had nothing in the home. The next two days he was delightful, taking us to all the must see places in Sintra and then giving us an incredible day of visiting “his” Lisbon. He took us not only to the tourist attractions we requested, but also to an awesome local pastry shop, Pasteis de Belém, where we tried the famous Pastel de Nata. Later he surprised us with reservations at an incredible restaurant, Ponto Final, which was a highlight because of its location and great food. The bottom line is that Marccio turned what would have been a disaster into a wonderful experience for all of us. I believe most drivers would have thought us a bunch of silly women who did not do proper research and would have left us without another thought. I’m so thankful we had to good fortune to have Marccio as our driver the evening of the 29th. He had the integrity and empathy to go the extra mile and I will be forever grateful! L.Coffin
