Este recorrido privado es un suave paseo por algunas de las calles más famosas del mundo. Te contaré historias asombrosas sobre la Monarquía y verás la Monarquía en acción con el Cambio de Guardia y la Guardia a Caballo en Whitehall. ¡Un recorrido a pie esencialmente británico! Nos reunimos en la estación de metro de Green Park donde caminaremos por Green Park, uno de los tres Parques Reales de la zona, hasta el Palacio de Buckingham. Aquí veremos el mundialmente famoso Cambio de Guardia. Esta tradición se ha mantenido durante siglos y los británicos son los mejores para mostrar pompa y gloria. Luego caminaremos por el Royal Mall, donde pasaremos por dos residencias reales más (Clarence House y St James Palace). En la cima del Royal Mall llegaremos a Admiralty Arch y Trafalgar Square. Luego caminamos por Whitehall, pasando Downing St, hasta el Palacio de Westminster, nuestro último palacio.

Después de un paseo por el encantador Green Park, llegamos al Palacio de Buckingham - casa oficial del Rey! Su guía le contará historias de la historia real británica mientras admira este hermoso Palacio. En ciertos días puedes ver la mundialmente famosa ceremonia de cambio de guardia, ¡y tu guía encontrará el lugar perfecto para verlo! Después, camine por el Royal Mall.
Al llegar a esta icónica plaza pública, verá la columna de Nelson, las impresionantes fuentes y edificios famosos, incluida la Galería Nacional.
Continúe hacia Horse Guards Parade, en el borde del impresionante St. James Park. Nos detendremos a admirar su famoso arco y su emblemático reloj, ¡una gran oportunidad para tomar fotos!

Overall, this was a great outing with a wealth of information and our guide was very friendly. The only reason that I rated it a (4) and not a (5) is for the following reason. We booked a Private Tour, so it was just my husband and I on the tour, not a group. We have been fortunate to book private tours to see attractions/Landmarks throughout Europe, and when the tour guide stops to show you a landmark/site, they ALWAYS ask if we would like a picture. When you have a large group, I can understand why the tour guide would not "offer" to take pictures of everyone in front of the attractions because of the extent of doing so and trying to stay within a timeline...but this was a Private Tour with just the two of us. About halfway through, we were given about 15 minutes to look around in an area. He pointed out that there was a spot we should walk over too where it would be a great photo opportunity. After he suggested that, I asked if he could take the picture for us and he replied that we should be able to take a selfie ourselves. We ended up just taking the selfie but it would have been a much better picture if he would have offered to take the photo. I feel that when you are paying for a Private Tour, this should have been an automatic "yes I will take a picture", especially since he was the one that mentioned it would be a great spot to take a photo. After that, we went towards Big Ben but we stopped in an area where a King's Guard was on a horse. We couldn't stay to see what was about to happen but I was taking some photos and he DID offer to take a picture of us with the Guard and Horse, which I appreciated. Then at Big Ben, he pointed out a spot to go get a better picture and did walk over there with me. After I snapped a few picture, he also offered to take some photos of me with Big Ben in the background. So the only reason I am rating this a (4) and not a (5) is that when you pay for a Private Tour, the tour is tailored to YOU. When you visit other countries with so much history and beautiful landmarks/sites, you want memories of them and want to have a photo with them. So I would have appreciated if he would have offered to take photos of us vs. me asking. Overall, this was a wonderful tour and I enjoyed seeing all of the sites. I did take a ton of photos on the tour, and a video of the Changing of the Guard Parade and we learned a lot. I would recommend this tour.
