Absolutely amazing tour with Alessandro who was friendly, helpful and very informative throughout our personal walking tour. We would highly recommend Alessandro to anyone visiting Verona.
Tour was cancelled by guide and I was given no opportunity for reschedule. Perhaps they didn't have enough people?

Izabela was amazing. She set the tone for the tour. She was engaging and extremely knowledgable about the city. I would recommend this tour to anyone going to a new city. It quickly helps you figure out what you want to see more of and get a feel for the layout of the city. Couldn’t have been happier with Izabela and her tour!
Alessandro was a great guide as new visitors to the city. He made great efforts to make sure we saw key sights and historic buildings with interesting background and history as well as giving us lots of tips for food and drink during our stay. Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about his lovely city. Would happily recommend him as a guide.
Maria Pia had to change our tour time due to an unexpected traffic accident to a colleague. But she accommodated us with an earlier time. The colleague hopefully will make a full recovery. Maria Pia took account that we were a mixed aged group of 5 people from 80 to 11! So she made it interesting for the teenagers and the 11 year old and even the old cynic!! We all learnt something new during our walk around Verona. I would recommend Maria Pia, for her warm fun approach to people and her informative tour. But be aware that the Kick Start Local Tour isn’t highlights of Verona, as stated, but a minor tour of Verona and Maria Pia did text me before hand to ask if that is what we wanted. Of course, it wasn’t. We wanted highlights and that is what she gave us, after my request. For that I’m very grateful.
Izabel covered a lot of information in a quick tour, and she was knowledgeable and interesting with all of our extra questions about history, modern life in Verona, even politics. We were a small but diverse group, and she kept everyone engaged. Highly recommended
