Disfruta de esta excursión privada de un día fuera de Madrid que incluye visitas al Monasterio del Escorial y Valle de los Caídos. Viajarás en vehículo privado con chófer privado para asegurarte de que tu guía reciba toda la atención. Una vez que te recojan en tu alojamiento, partirás hacia un rápido recorrido panorámico por Madrid hasta llegar a tu primera parada : el Monasterio del Escorial. También es conocido como el Real Monasterio de San Lorenzo El Real, construido en el siglo XVI por el rey Felipe II y que ahora cuenta con una gran colección de arte europeo. También visitarás el Panteón de Reyes y la Basílica. Después de esto, el recorrido continuará hacia el Valle de los Caídos. Está muy cerca del Monasterio del Escorial y fue construido como monumento a los difuntos de la Guerra Civil Española. Luego será trasladado de regreso a su alojamiento.

Parque del Retiro. Dependiendo de dónde esté tu hotel, disfruta de una visita exterior al Parque del Retiro. Si su hotel no está ubicado cerca, entonces no podrá verlo.

I had a wonderful day .. Firstly the actual locations were simply amazing . To see La Escorial after reading so much about it was like a step back in history for me but the real surprise was The Valley of the Fallen ...I confess that I didn’t know about it before I booked the tour. It was simply breathtaking!!! I could have spent all day just sitting looking at it. But is was more than the locations that made this a rather special day for me. Robert, my driver, was just so lovely and made sure that I was well looked after including where I might stop for lunch ( which was delicious) and taking me to vantage points where I could get some great photos. Finally, Robert was so well informed about Spanish history and spoke really great English so I not only had the fabulous experience but also a chance to talk about history, my favourite topic. I learned lots of interesting facts and stories to add to my growing understanding of Spanish history and culture. I cannot recommend these guys any more than to say that I would most definitely book again for another tour in the future.
