We had a fantastic experience exploring Shanghai with our guide, Fei Fei. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information about every place we visited. One of the best parts of the tour was the flexibility—we were able to choose the itinerary we wanted, and Fei Fei also provided alternative options based on the weather. Having a private car with AC was a huge benefit during the hot Shanghai summer, and the private tour format allowed us to move at our own pace and ask as many questions as we wanted throughout the day. Fei Fei was dedicated to us for the entire tour and made the experience both enjoyable and informative. Overall, it was a great way to see the city and was absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend!
My family and I had a great experience with this tour. Our tour guide (Annie) was very knowledgeable, and made sure that my two elderly relatives were comfortable all throughout the tour. We also chose the tour that included lunch, food was amazing. Highly recommend!
We has a great time at our tour. Our guide, Sammi, was very knowledgeable and her English was excellent! She knew the answers to all of our questions and molded the tour to our needs. We saw and did everything we wanted to do and did not feel rushed. If we could book another tour with Sammi, we would. The driver was also very professional and we did not have to wait for anything. As a first timer in Shanghai, I highly recommend this tour and would love to contain to explore Shanghai with Sammi as our guide
We had an amazing one-day tour of Shanghai, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Ms. Wing, was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She shared fascinating insights into Shanghai's history and culture, and at every attraction she provided detailed explanations that made each stop much more meaningful. Her passion for the city was evident throughout the tour. The transportation was spotless, comfortable, and very well organized. We felt completely safe traveling around Shanghai, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. I also really appreciated Ms. Wing's flexibility and thoughtfulness. I have some specific food preferences, and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs, making sure I had an enjoyable dining experience without any concerns. Overall, this was an outstanding and memorable tour. Everything was well organized, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shanghai, and I especially recommend requesting Ms. Wing if you have the opportunity. She made our experience truly exceptional!

A delight. From the pre-tour communications (Sunny), to a superb driver and guide (Sammi), the tour was superb. It was adjusted to my group's needs, and the weather, and did everything I could have asked for. The lunch (so often poor on a tour) was fantastic, a great choice by Sammi. Throughout Lea was highly talkative, insightful, genuinely funny and really invested in making me see the real Shanghai she clearly loves deeply. She brought the city alive with small observations, stories, anecdotes and things I'd never have found in a guide book. If I could give ten stars I would. When I come again I'll be booking Lea. Every pound, euro or dollar you're about to pay is worth it and more. Don't hesitate, you're in for a great day I'll remember for a very long time.
