Puedes viajar de forma privada solo con tu familia o amigos. Nuestro primer destino es el Parque Imjingak Pyeonghoa-Nuri, un sitio turístico representativo de la unificación de Corea. Después de pasar un tiempo allí, comenzaremos nuestro recorrido por la DMZ. Hay 3 destinos principales para el tour DMZ. Primero nos dirigiremos al 3er Túnel que fue hecho por Corea del Norte y permaneceremos allí aproximadamente 1 hora y 10 minutos. En segundo lugar, iremos al observatorio Dora donde podremos ver la vista de Corea del Norte. Finalmente, visitaremos Unification Village donde podrás comprar recuerdos de DMZ. Podrás comprender la historia de la división de Corea a través de la gira DMZ. Después del recorrido por la DMZ, lo guiaremos hasta el puente colgante Gamak Mountain Chulleong. Puedes ver la belleza de la naturaleza en la montaña Gamaksan y experimentar la singularidad del Puente Colgante. *El calendario del recorrido por la DMZ puede cambiar a otra ubicación debido al deterioro repentino del clima u operaciones militares.

Itinerario
Vamos al parque Imjingak desde Seúl para hacer la gira DMZ. Se tarda unos 70 minutos. Nuestro primer destino es el Parque Imjingak. Cuando lleguemos allí, primero compraremos un boleto DMZ y registraremos nuestra información para obtener permiso y tomaremos un tiempo para mirar alrededor. El Parque Imjingak es el sitio turístico de unificación representativo de Corea y fue construido en 1972. Desde entonces, se han ido construyendo una tras otra varias instalaciones, y ha ido adquiriendo su aspecto actual. Este parque está ubicado a 7 km al sur del MDL. Y a diferencia de JSA y DMZ, civiles como nosotros pueden visitar aquí sin permiso. Por esa razón, muchos locales y extranjeros visitan este lugar, y alrededor de 5 millones de personas visitan este lugar al año. Puedes ver la Campana de la Paz, el Altar Mangbedan, el Puente de la Libertad. Nos vamos a quedar aquí unos 60 minutos.
Primero, veremos unos 8 minutos de videoclips relacionados con la DMZ en un cine. Después de ver el videoclip, tendremos tiempo para recorrer la sala de exposiciones. Iremos al tercer túnel que fue excavado por Corea del Norte. En 1970, Corea del Norte cavó unos 20 túneles cerca de la frontera para invadir Corea del Sur nuevamente. Entre 20 túneles, hemos encontrado 4 túneles hasta ahora. Entre ellos, hasta el momento se han descubierto cuatro túneles. El tercer túnel fue descubierto en 1978. Entre los 4 túneles, el tercer túnel es el más grande y el más amenazador porque es el más cercano a Seúl. La distancia de aquí a Seúl es de solo 52 km y unos 30.000 soldados norcoreanos armados pueden pasar por este túnel en aproximadamente una hora. La longitud total de este túnel de infiltración es de 1.635 metros. Y la altura y el ancho del túnel son de unos 2 m, pero no son constantes. Desde la línea de demarcación militar, corre 1.200 metros hacia el norte y 435 metros hacia el sur.
El edificio del Observatorio Dora tiene tres plantas. En el primer piso, se muestran fotos y contenidos de la reunión entre los expresidentes Moon Jae-in y Kim Jong-un en JSA para la cumbre intercoreana de 2018. En el segundo piso, puedes ver la vista de Corea del Norte desde el interior a través de todo el cristal. En el tercer piso, puede ver la vista de Corea del Norte desde el exterior a través del telescopio. Puedes ver la vista de Corea del Norte.
El pueblo de Tongilchon (unificación) es el área residencial ubicada dentro del área civil prohibida. Alrededor de 500 agricultores de Corea del Sur cultivan uno de los ginseng de mejor calidad llamado ginseng gaesung, soja, verduras. Podemos parar de 15 a 20 minutos. Nos trasladamos a la siguiente ubicación, el puente colgante de la montaña Gamak. Se tarda unos 30 minutos.
Es uno de los puentes colgantes más largos de Corea con 150 metros de longitud y solía ser un feroz campo de batalla durante la Guerra de Corea. Después de una breve caminata hasta la cima, llegará al gran mirador de la montaña Gamaksan. Después de esto, regresamos a Seúl. Se tarda unos 70 minutos.

Great day with Brain at the DMZ. Really comfortable car with air conditioning and nice recliner seats. Brain was great throughout the tour and he has so much knowledge of the DMZ and had some great maps for visuals and explaining the history and he has very good English. Would definitely book again.
After a rocky start, the tour company immediately addressed the problems and sorted them out. This was a private tour of the DMZ and the suspension bridge, including lunch. Our guide Sebastian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Throughout the tour, he explained the history, pointed out landmarks, and provided context for everything we experienced—including our delicious Korean meal. He accompanied us every step of the way, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Sebastian truly made all the difference.
Taylor was our tour guide/driver. He was very professional and in communication via WhatsApp the night prior around 8pm. Based on the traffic an location of our hotel he adjust pickup a few minutes later. Which we were glad to find out the night prior. This tour was very educational for me as I really had no idea of the history of the Korean War. Taylor took the time to explain their history and the significance of the tunnels that were found. Fair warning though the entry into the tunnel is a long walk roughly 300m long and I would guess a -15 degree grade. Very easy to walk down. But the walk back up was a bit strenuous for my mother in law. She had to take a few rest breaks on the hike back up. Smartly there are sitting benches placed along the route. Overall this was a great experience for our family, we learned a lot. Thank you Taylor.

An interesting place to visit, a very full day! Felt a bit rushed at times, felt the tour lacked the human element of the war between the north and south Korea. There was no mention of the UN forces and loss of life in securing their freedom. It's in danger of becoming commercialised and more disney than history and reality!!!

A Must-Do DMZ Tour with Emily! Taking a private DMZ tour with Emily was one of the best decisions we made on our trip to South Korea. From the moment she picked us up at our hotel, we knew we were in great hands. She shared such fascinating history—starting before Japanese occupation all the way to the present day—and helped us understand it all with helpful maps and great storytelling. One thing that really stood out: unlike other guides we saw that day, Emily actually hiked up and down the 3rd tunnel and the nearby suspension bridge with us, which ended up being one of our favorite parts of the day. Even when we had to join a larger bus group for a section, she made it feel like we were still on a private tour.
