Vincent did a superb job with our group of 8. Was able to arrange short notice and increase size of transportation as needed. He arranged an authentic lunch, and our movement between sites was seamless. The trip to the DMZ is definitely worth doing. He had a nice stop at the end exclusive to his tour company that had some dioramas and an area to do some target practice with AirSoft guns!
Thank you for joining our tour service and glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour with my tour guide! Hope you have good memory in Korea! Best Regards Harry
This tour was incredibly well-organized. Jung was so kind and accommodating that we never felt overwhelmed, even at such a historically significant and intense site. She was extremely knowledgeable about the DMZ and provided information about its history, significance and made the experience both educational and fun. Our driver was very kind as well. We had an amazing time. She handled all the logistics so we didn’t have to worry about a thing, leaving us free to simply take it all in and enjoy every moment. All admission fees were included in the tour. We were able to customize the length of your visit. It was not a big crowd. It’s best for anyone who wants to enjoy and learn and the same time.

DO NOT USE THIS GROUP. We were 2 minutes late for a 5:10am pick up and Joo Ee left us high and dry. We called, they must have been 200m down the road and would not come back. We were accused of yelling at her on the phone but was my wife begging for them to come back. These people are rude and have no care for their customer. Original pick up was 5:45am and changed to 5:10 at last minute. Use another group if you can. Have ruined our day.
Hello Sorry for you felt that way , First of all my sincere apology! second, you didn't join Private DMZ tour , but small group tour, you came out late on desperately dangerous dmz tour date, because so many people come to dmz but only 3000 people allowed a day, that's why we should depart super early in the morning to get the tickets! (only first come and first served ones - cheating is not allowed there) My guide couldn't risk it to be late and other groups cannot make it , she was also desperate for the tickets We texted you and explained everything why we should change, it was not just my agencies All agencies departed so early in the morning , big group tours, they departed at 4 - 4:30am! We are small group DMZ tour that's why 05:10 was available! I understand how you felt, the thing is we fully refunded the tour and we summon the tour guide and gave her panalty about it She didn't report anything to us She decided by herself, we didn't know what happened Next time we will not let this kind of things happen again My sincere apology! Best Regards Harry
Jun was very informative, knowledgeable and his English was excellent . He made our 2 days together fun. Thank you Jun.

It was an amazing experience, too moving the whole history of Korea, I totally recommend it. Guide Jones (we don’t know how to spell his name) is incredibly good, he has a lot of knowledge about the history of the country, and you can see his passion for passing this knowledge on to other people, this made us connect emotionally and empathically.

We engaged Vincent to arrange a private DMZ tour for two families and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the assistance in arranging a bespoke itinerary (yes, the DMZ part is regulated, but there’s more of the day to plan around), to the flexibility of separate pick-up’s and drop-offs, everything was easy. And Vincent’s English commentary and insight made the trip. We had a great time and would highly recommend this trip.

Junie was super sweet and excellent with her knowledge of Korean history especially the DMZ. She went out of her way to make our tour special. I will use her again for future visits to Korea. I would highly recommend her for other travelers.

Incredible experience to the middle of the DMZ. It’s a must to have a guide because most of the information are in Korea and you will miss a lot of historical information.

Mostly disorganized. Our guide seemed unfamiliar with the process to get tickets. We booked a private tour but waited 4 hours from arriving at the tour centre to getting on a bus. Our information needed to be entered and re-entered 3 times and it seemed chaotic with our guide leaving the line each time as buses were booking up in realtime. This was during Chuseok so it was exceptionally busy and we did book very close to the tour date, but we definitely had higher expectations than this. I would recommend to friends to do a group tour via bus, or just to Uber/k.ride out to the centre and get your own tickets. Very simple and pretty much the same experience based on what I could see. Overall a very worthwhile place to visit, but this private tour was a disappointment.
Hello Sorry for your dissapointment But as we messaged you that it was Chuseok Holiday! DMZ has its own rules, first come and first served system and only 3000 people are allowed Reservation? no it's not possible , plus it was rainy day , sorry for your inconvenience but you were visiting military operation zone! They do have rules so there's something we cannot handle Sorry again Best Regards Harry
