Cuando viaje a Java Oriental, asegúrese de contemplar el amanecer desde la cima del Monte Bromo. Este recorrido comienza justo antes de la medianoche y realiza un largo viaje hasta Sunrise Point, donde podrás ver el amanecer sobre el monte Bromo. Antes de regresar a Surabaya, realice una subida rápida hasta el borde del cráter para ver el paisaje cercano y la caldera activa. Este tour privado de un día completo muestra lo mejor de la región del Parque Nacional Tengger Semeru en un solo día de recorrido, lo que lo convierte en la opción perfecta para turistas con poco tiempo.

Prepárese para que nuestro experto conductor y guía lo recoja a las 00:00 a. m. y lo lleve por la carretera de Probolinggo hacia la región de Bromo. Tu punto de recogida en Surabaya te llevará allí en unas 3 horas.
Utilizaremos un Jeep (4x4) para continuar el viaje y apreciar el accidentado recorrido que rodea la región montañosa. A continuación, nos dirigiremos al monte Penanjakan o Kingkong Hill, el mejor lugar para disfrutar de la vista del amanecer en Bromo. El amanecer normalmente se producirá a las 04.30 horas. Las mínimas nocturnas normales en el Monte Bromo oscilan entre 0 y 12 grados centígrados y se calientan a medida que sale el sol. Puedes alquilar una chaqueta extra por IDR 10.000,00 en el mirador del amanecer si la necesitas. Tomaremos un poco de café o té en una cafetería cercana mientras esperamos la mañana. Hay una sala de oración disponible para los clientes musulmanes y las oraciones de la mañana pueden comenzar a las 4:15 a.m. La distancia entre la cafetería y el lugar donde podemos ver el amanecer es de sólo dos minutos aproximadamente.
Luego bajamos la colina hasta el área de estacionamiento de jeeps y pasamos por el vasto mar de arena creado por la erupción del Monte Bromo. También pasaremos por uno de los destinos turísticos con una vista panorámica muy atractiva y que deleita la vista: la colina Widodaren.
El viaje durará unos 30 minutos para llegar a la cumbre. Puedes ver el monte Semeru, la montaña más alta de la isla de Java, así como la caldera, las montañas del monte Batok y el cráter Bromo, aún activo, desde el borde del pico.
Después de descender del cráter Bromo, deberás dirigirte a un templo hindú llamado Pura Luhur Poten, que es un vestigio de uno de los reinos de Indonesia. El templo hindú Pura Luhur Poten está situado cerca de la base del monte Bromo. La tribu tengger, de mayoría hindú, se reúne en este templo para ceremonias religiosas. Desde el área del estacionamiento de jeeps, puede caminar hasta 300 metros hasta este lugar.
Luego, podréis disfrutar de un desayuno tradicional indonesio en el restaurante Lava View y regresar a la zona del pueblo de Bromo, zona donde estaba aparcado nuestro coche antes de trasladarnos en jeep.
Dirigiéndose a la zona de Surabaya después de finalizar el viaje. Aquí, lo dejaremos en el área de Surabaya en el mismo lugar de recogida. Puede solicitarlo si desea dejarlo en otro lugar alrededor de la ciudad de Surabaya.

My family when on a day trip from Surabaya to Madakaripura and Bromo. They can customize the trip. We had kids so decided on sunset instead of sunrise at Bromo. They were able to add on Madakaripura waterfalls as well, which was so awesome. Both places were magical. Our guide Ririn was amazing. She took pictures and made a some great videos. Definitely recommend.

We went to Mount Bromo with our family and had an amazing experience. We were picked up around midnight, and the car was very comfortable for the drive to the mountain area. The guide was very helpful throughout the trip and made everything run smoothly. The arrangement was excellent, from hotel pickup, transfer to the jeep, choosing a cozy coffee shop while waiting for sunrise, visiting the crater, and enjoying a delicious breakfast afterward. We were picked up from the hotel at the agreed time and driven about 2.5 hours to Mount Bromo, where we switched to a Jeep for the last leg of the journey. Throughout the trip, our guide (Alfa) was great as was his school friend (Ridho), who drove us to and from Surabaya. Their English was very good and Alfa was very knowledgeable about the volcano and the local history. He also took a number of photos for us on the way up as well as some group pictures at the top. The nonchalant ones he took as we walked around were particularly good. Overall a fantastic and smooth experience. If we do any more trips from Surabaya, he'll be the first person we contact.

Guide got in touch the afternoon before to explain things and answer any questions. Throughout they were so friendly and approachable, offering to take pictures and asking questions, and offering ideas about things to see and do, but also left me to sleep as well when I was tired whilst travelling. Not a super cheap option, but worth it for the overall experience. Everyone involved was really helpful with all my questions and I was extremely satisfied with the excursion.

Great trip to the Bromo volcano excellently accompanied by Ziadan called ‘Dan’ for short. He speaks excellent English and guides you well. Like most tourists we were underdressed before the cold and wind at the top at dawn. So warm coats were rented from the local people. Good to know this is possible. Although we didn’t know that all of China comes there for instagrammable photos, we also got a beautiful photo session from Dan as a gift. The beautiful nature and Bromo did the rest. Was not in the description but nice. Dan sought the best places, cleanest toilets and provided an amused conversation about culture, history, politics and religion. This excursion is really worth doing. Then plan some space to rest and sleep.

We just got back from our Bromo family trip with Landscape Bromo Tour and honestly, it was really AMAZING! Everything was very horraaayyy 😂😂 with the guide faruq. We got picked at midnight and didnt sleep till morning. Haha. T(our kids loved him!). We left around midnight to catch the sunrise, and wow… it was seriously worth it. The view was magical, something we’ll never forget. The jeep ride was so much fun, especially for the kids.
