This was our first day in Luxor. First of all we got great guidance from this team. They recommended us to start the trip in mid afternoon instead of the usual morning start. First this helped us have a relaxing time in the morning, then we saw Karnak which our guide Samira explained to us in great detail. We then had lunch at a nice river view restaurant (very reasonably priced as well) - this helps in getting some rest between temple hopping and does not make the tour hectic. We then did a falucca ride on the Nile during sunset and visited Luxor temple. The temple is beautiful during dusk and hence it was a great recommendation from the team. I should also note that they check in on you regularly if everything is going well, the car with air condition and the driver was great. They also recommended other cafes and restaurants we could visit. Overall this was a great trip for us - very enjoyable, the right pace and value for money. Thank you.
