Nuestra primera visita es a la Acrópolis y al sitio arqueológico que la rodea.La vista panorámica de la capital desde la Roca Sagrada es única. En la colina histórica, tendrá la oportunidad de ver el Odeón de Herodes Ático, el Templo de la Atenea Nike, la puerta monumental (Propilea), el Erechtheum y, por supuesto, el famoso Partenón, el templo principal dedicado a la diosa virgen Atenea.
A continuación, nos dirigimos al Estadio Panateneo, donde se celebraron los primeros Juegos Olímpicos modernos en 1896.
En la colina de Licabeto, disfrute de impresionantes vistas panorámicas de Atenas, incluidos lugares de interés como la Acrópolis y el mar Egeo. We booked a private 5-hour Athens tour, and Margaret was wonderful. The weather was horrible and we had a very limited time before we caught our flight back to Crete, yet Margaret made it great with her master driving in chaotic Athens, and she was very knowledgeable about the history of the city. Got the hotel pickup option and it was great. Giannis was on time and his van was clean and comfortable, He took us to all the highlights, which was great, but made even better by his flexibility on times at the various places. We ended up spending more time at the Olympic stadium but still made it to the changing of the guard right on time. When he dropped us at the Acropolis for our separate tour, he kept in touch with WhatsApp messages. You don't get the tour commentary, but you'll have fun!
