We have never felt ripped off as much as we did with this tour. To start with we paid for a 4 hour tour starting at 10:00 am; and since the tour guide picked us up she complained that it was set for 9:30 am, which was not true. The whole tour was given for only 2 1/2 hours, and she just left at a certain point during or visit in Palma de Mallorca. We insisted on going to certain places like the market and she just left us with directions on how to get there by our own. At the end, we were tired of suggesting places so we let her go. She did not even tell us that in order for us to get back to our cruise (since the begining we paid for the return) on our own, that it could be very difficult to get an Uber or a taxi. It took us like 45 minutes to be in line in order to be able to get a taxi. We were 6 in the group and terrible dissapointed we the USD 1,609.24 we paid for this 2 1/2 hour tour of Palma de Mallorca when it was set for 4 hours. It was a complete ripped off.
We had the most amazing day with our guide! He was knowledgeable, personable and brought the city to life! He knew everything, history, culture, architecture, food and local people. We had 5 star service and didn't want our time to end.
