Amazing tour with an amazing guide. Alan was knowledgeable, funny and entertaining. The tour hit all the highlights we wanted and Alan adjusted the tour based on our wants. Recommended 10/10 to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

We had the best day with Sydney and Andy! They really customized our tour to meet meet our needs. Totally enjoy the shopping experience for pearls and loved spending time at Victoria peak. We all had lunch together and it is the best dim sum of my life! This was truly a perfect day and I'm so grateful to both Sydney and Andy for making this day extraordinary!

Alan is the best tour guide: welcoming, a great conversationalist, and he knows the city well, providing a rounded tour. He was very thoughtful and attentive to what I wanted to get out of the tour. We covered many parts of the city in approximately four hours and even had the chance to sit down and try a delicious drink and pastry at a local coffee shop. I highly recommend this memorable experience during my visit to Hong Kong!

My guide, Hans, was very knowledgeable and effectively conveyed his infectious love for Hong Kong. He customized the tour very well for my interests. I am 81 and was traveling alone. Hans was very mindful for my safety and well-being throughout the tour. He is very trustworthy and personable. I enjoyed my tour and spending time with him. My driver was also wonderful. Alan took us all around the city. He catered to what we were interested in. He had very interesting information throughout. The pace was perfect. He checked to ensure that we were getting what we wanted out of the tour. I would recommend alan to everyone! Alan also spoke beautiful English as he lived in the US for some time. Just a great tour overall!

I booked this tour last minute and Jacky contacted me right away. He was really helpful and we had a great time, he kept the spiels short but still interesting so that my kids wouldn't get bored. The highlight for my kids was eating a locally-bought lunch while wandering through a market, watching the fish trying (sometimes successfully!) to escape! I enjoyed seeing the city again through my kids' eyes having been here many, many years ago.

Just had the best tour with Jacky. We did the Hong Kong Darkside tour. Totally safe and informative. He took us down streets with a history lesson. We tasted his local favorite places. I can’t say enough great things about this tour. It’s a must. His English is impeccable so no language barrier either. Took us to a rooftop so we could watch the 8:00pm harbor light show with the music. I wish we would have had more time to schedule another tour with him.

Frustrating tour, not what I expected. The tour company was helpful in altering the time to fit my schedule but it was my understanding that they would get tickets for various attractions in advance. They did not. I was told later by the guide that we would have needed WhatsAp to do that. We don’t use such apps. So we were not able to wait in the long lines and could only see the attractions in passing. No ferris wheel, no cable car. The traffic was unusually bad and it started raining. We were asked by the guide where we wanted to go but we had previously emailed that info in hopes that the route could be figured out in advance. The guide took us first to Chinatown and we did enjoy shopping. The guide stayed with the car so we had to find our way back. We were brought to Garden by the Bay but did not have adequate time nor help with finding our way. We had to buy a ticket first and only had 20 minutes for a 45 minute attraction. It was difficult finding our guide and car in the rain and crowds. Then we were brought to Little India although we had not expressed any interest in it. We were dropped off and so we wondered around, choosing not to shop for the features silks and Indian clothing. Our guide was nowhere to be seen so we had to wait at the drop off place, in the rain. The guide talked a lot about te culture and history of Singapore.

We booked a 4-Hour Hong Kong City with Jacky in May 2023 and had a great time. Jacky is very knowledgeable and provided lots of background on the history of Hong Kong. Moreover, he took us to places you usually wouldn't find or go to as a tourist. He even invited us to authentic Hong Kong meal along with milk tea. In summary: I highly recommend Jacky and his company to everyone wanting to explore and get to know more about Hong Kong!
