Thanks to Mari,Ertunga and team from Felicity travels,we enjoyed our time in Turkey.The services they provided from pick up to guided tour to drop off and of course delicious lunches,were all excellent and everything was so smooth.Mari was so prompt with her response to all my queries. We had a group of three friends, tennis players. We were picked up near Manavgat and had Tuna as our guide for the first two days going to Pamukkale, Hierapolis and Ephesus. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his love of Turkey and the history of Turkey. The transport vehicle was really comfortable and the driver was fantastic as well. The tour included lunches and we stopped at interesting places and they were really good. The tour arranged the transport to Cappadocia, or we were met by a driver, then met up with our next guide, Ali, who was also terrific. We learned a lot about the geography and archaeology of the area. And we had more delicious lunches too. I had a tour about 10 years ago where Ertunga was my guide, and based on that experience, I organize this tour. We all agreed that we would use this tour company again if we went back to Turkey, perhaps for a tour in Istanbul next time. I have a lot I highly recommend this company.
This tour company was the best I have ever seen. We went on a 4 day tour trip from Istanbul to see some of the most beautiful and historical places in Turkey. Everything was perfect from the pickup and drop off at airports, to the flights, and a private tour guide and driver. The places we ate food was amazing and the best in Turkey. The guides knew the areas and explained everything including answering all our questions. One guide I believe his name is Volcan even took phenomenal pictures of us. The agency owner even waited at one of the hotels to personally great us. I can’t stress enough to everyone that if you are going to Turkey, I would highly recommend you to hire this tour company.
