Our guide and driver did a great job. Our guide's knowledge of Vienna and it's history was fantastic and help me understand about the City when my Grandmother was born and raised their in the early 1900's. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you.
Very disappointed with the Russian-speaking guide Sergiu. I’ve ordered a tour for my parents’ anniversary and requested to take them to Schonbrunn Palace. The Viator staff confirmed that we could change the itinerary and visit Schonbrunn first, then only the center of the city as it’s a private tour. My father requested the same thing in his phone conversation with the guide Sergiu who confirmed that he would take them. They ended up seeing only a Princess Sisi museum with the guide stating that it was the only place he was aware. When I asked Sergiu if he took my parents to Schonbrunn, he said no as there were many sightseeing places in the center so they would not make it to Schonbrunn. Very sad that paying a bunch of money you still did not get what you wanted. I was planing to get the same tour next week on my flight to Vienna but would definitely consider another tour operator for sure.
Thank you very much for your feedback. We truly regret to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations, especially given that it was a special occasion for your parents. Please allow us to clarify a few points to avoid any misunderstandings: The tour you booked was a 3-hour city tour, and as indicated in the tour description, a visit to Schönbrunn Palace is not included in this duration. We do offer extended 4-hour private tours where such a visit is possible and comfortably fits into the schedule. That said, we fully understand that private tours offer flexibility, and yes — it would certainly have been possible to adjust the route to include Schönbrunn, had there been a clear agreement or request. According to our guide, when he asked your parents about any specific wishes, they simply expressed an interest in a city tour. They briefly mentioned “a palace outside Vienna,” but were unfortunately unable to specify which one, and Schönbrunn was not clearly named during the tour. Our guide therefore proceeded with the agreed-upon 3-hour program, focusing on the historic center and key sights — aiming to provide a meaningful experience within the time constraints. We understand that you had a conversation with your agent and Schönbrunn was mentioned as an option. Unfortunately, this information was not passed on to us directly, and we were unaware of this change. Of course, had we received a written note or direct request from you beforehand, we would have gladly adjusted the itinerary. We do hope this clears up the situation and we would be very happy to welcome you again in Vienna — with a personalized tour tailored exactly to your wishes.
Great tour and guide! Very informative and a thorough overview of Vienna. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
Thank you for your great review! We truly appreciate your kind words and are glad that you enjoyed the tour. We would love to see you again!
First our tour guide spoke terrible English, she should not be giving tours in English, her accent was almost impossible to understand. She had to have a driver which led to a lot of discussion with him. We could not tell if she was speaking to us or the driver. We got dropped by the cathedral which was a 15 euro ride back to our rental. I have hip replacement and ankle surgeries, we were expecting to be mostly in the car, instead I had to walk almost 8k steps on the tour. This tour was definitely not worth the $
Great to be able to arrange the tour before start in accordance with personal choices. The car and the driver was great. The tour guide was exceptionally experienced, helpful and professional. Great way to start exploring Vienna.
Thank you very much for your rating!
Absolutely amazing. The best tour guide ever. Highly recommend! Unforgettable experience. Very knowledgeable, friendly. Out of all tours I have taken so far this was the best. Very comfortable car, arrived on time, very thought through of every little detail. Also (which is important!!!) - very flexible. Our tour guide Andrey Zolotov is so well versed to talk about history, art, architecture to tailor a tour to YOUR particular interests. He arrives with a driver, in a very comfortable mini van, on time and can adjust amount of walking according to your needs/abilities/liking. If I could give 10 stars to this tour, I would have. ❤️
Thank you!
Wonderful excellent guide Julia! Trip to Belvedere museum and to Hundertwasser house and through Leopoldstadt were outstanding? Driver was good and accommodating. Sorry your website wouldn’t allow us to do similar tour in Prague.
Thank you very much !
My boyfriend and me were the first time in Vienna and we decided to book a private tour in Vienna and it was really good, the guide and the driver were amazing and the whole tour was just perfect. I really recommend this private tour.

Thank you!
We decided to book a tour for our small group to get more information about Vienna. I want to say we didn’t regret it, we were lucky with a guide who told us about the history of the city and had the opportunity to drive through and see the beautiful places of the city. I think for We need to leave Vienna for more time, but there is still a reason to come back. Thank you very much to the organizer.
Thank you!
