This tour does not include going in the imperial gardens (you will be dropped off at the corner). It was unfortunately not a great experience for me and my 10 year old daughter even though we love Tokyo and were excited to see parts we hadn’t already. Despite several disappointing moments, one highlight was the visit to the fish market.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you and your daughter enjoyed the visit to the fish market. However, I would like to clarify that the Imperial Gardens were not included in the tour itinerary. It is essential to review the itinerary before booking to ensure that expectations align with what is offered. All tours of Tokyo follow a similar pattern, where guests are dropped off at a designated parking area, and walking to certain attractions, including the gardens, is standard practice. We strive to provide a memorable experience, and we regret that some aspects did not meet your expectations. In the future, please refer to the itinerary provided upon booking to avoid any misunderstandings. I appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you on another tour soon. Best regards, Tour Japan
Driver was kind, courteous and flexible to accommodate for mobility and schedule. Would have liked to have a little more narrative about where we were going.
This is the best way to see the city and hit all the spots in one day without all the walking. We did this for our elderly parents and it was their best time spent in Tokyo. We would not have been able to it all the spots via train and walking in this same time span.
Our guide Abdul was terrific. He accompanied us for all but 30 minutes of the day (when by law he had to stay with his car while we walked the palace grounds). He was courteous, witty, informative, and very talented at taking pictures with his I-Phone. Michele and I loved the day. We highly recommend this tour to all those coming into Tokyo for just a few days. Ask for Abdul - he's awesome.
Our guide/driver, Zee was very patient, friendly and acco.modating. Unfortunately, the weather was dreadful, and it rained heavily for most of the day. However, we still manage to experience breakfast at the fish market-great- the Skylab- an experience indeed- and the Art Fish Museum in Ginza, which was a fascinating ,beautiful, artistic and a creative experience. We had to cancel other destinations and actually returned to our hotel 90 minutes earlier, our choice. One criticism of this company; when booking, they should communicate that any of your choices where tickets are needed need to be booked well in advance and online.
Shane was friendly, and he arranged well-organized tours for us and worked over time to take us to all the places he promised to show us.
We did a lot on one day! Very complete tour we were picked up at our hotel and spend the day sightseeing with a great guide named Abdul he took us to the most important places in the city and cover a lot of information. The transportation was comfortable and thanks to Abdul we had a wonderful experience he is very knowledgeable and respectful
Abdul Waheed took us on city tour of Tokyo. He is an excellent driver & tour guide. We had an amazing experience because of him. Thanks to Abdul we had a great time in Tokyo. I highly recommend Abdul & his services.
The driver was very nice and dropped us off at interesting sights . He gave us enough time to look around , eat and shop if we wanted.
The driver assigned to us was not familiar about some of the places we had in our itinerary. We gave our itinerary way beforehand so we expected that he would have at least read about them. He “scolded” us when we were late coming back from our first stop (Skytree) but he took us there 30 minutes before our ticket entry time (which their tour company suggested) so we would obviously need more time in the venue.
We apologize if we did not come up to your expectation. If he had taken you to the other attraction, you would have missed the Skytree booking time. Also it takes 10-15 min from parking to Ticket counter. You came out 1:00pm so he just told you that you took so much time and we will not be able to see rest of the attractions. You might took as “scolded” but in fact he was worried about your schedule. We apologize if he was not polite and have taken notice of it. Thank you for choosing us and looking forward to serve you again.
