Chris was professional and knowledgeable and helped make the day flow very easily. He navigated the Vatican museum and St. Peter's Basilica with fun and ease. We learned alot from him regarding the beautiful sculptures and paintings. . He made the excursion memorable and stress free. . I highly recommended him.

We had a lovely time with Maria. She was very sweet, and hilarious! She engaged with every member of our group, making sure to include the children. She made sure to relate the history to the children in a way that they could understand. She was very thorough on her explanation of the history of Rome. We LOVED every second of it! Rome has been life changing, and I am so glad that I picked your tours to guide us through some of the most important landmarks in the history of Italy. Mr. Max began tour with brief, but essential, geological, geographical, cultural histories of the area that would lead to the creation of Rome and its central importance in the Christian world. He explained that he would be giving the histories of the sites whilst diving, and then would drop us off to visit on our own at our own pace with a set time and place for collection. Though I thought this odd at first, I came to realize the pragmatism, the traffic in Rome being what it is. He shared his profound knowledge of the sites advertised, their history and historical context, and relics. Gratifyingly, there were many more stops than advertised, possibly because of the way the tour was managed and also, I think, because we were such a small group. Outstanding !

What an amazing day! I loved learning the history of Christianity in Rome and seeing the church’s of significant centers away from the Vatican. The churches were magnificent works of art, history, religion and architecture all in one. Our guide was Max. I cannot recommend this tour enough. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy so far.
