Our guide, Shanu, picked us up before 5 am! This allowed us to enter this beautiful site before it became crowded. The Taj Mahal is absolutely incredible with such history & beauty. Shanu was able to share information about the craftsmanship, the meaning of the carvings, the gems used and the overall history of this site—giving us more than just the obvious visual beauty. He made the visit more than just a photo op! A visit to the Taj Mahal is an unforgettable experience.

Very amazing tour - knows exactly where to take the best photos and gives us a great amount of information about the history of Taj (not too much but not too little)

Safe, Professional & Seamless Experience As a female traveler, safety is always my top priority, and I’m so happy to say this tour exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I was picked up, everything was perfectly organized and smooth. The driver was extremely professional, polite, and made me feel completely safe throughout the journey. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driving was calm and responsible, which really matters when you’re traveling alone. Our guide was equally amazing—very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He explained the history of the Taj Mahal beautifully and also made sure I was comfortable at every step. I never felt rushed and he even helped take some wonderful photos! The skip-the-line access was a huge bonus, saving us from long queues and making the visit stress-free . Overall, this was a truly memorable experience with excellent service, great communication, and a strong sense of safety and professionalism. I would highly recommend this tour, especially for solo female travelers or anyone looking for a hassle-free and secure visit to the Taj Mahal.

We wanted to leave a very honest review with both the good and bad. The good- The Tour guide himself- (Jitu) was suitable enough, he had a lot of knowledge, quite helpful, took many pictures for us and quite thorough with everything. Thank you Jitu! We got a free water bottle and transportation to and from the activities. Veejay (the taxi driver) was very late due to a punctured tire (We understand that these things can happen and we didn't have an issue with it). They did offer a lot of apologies and added Fort Agra as compensation for free. Which we did really appreciate! Thank you for the additional activity. The bad- However, the taxi driver (Veejay) was quite unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable, asking me 'to come back to his home as we are both single'. I did not book this tour to be tried and cooed/harassed by my driver, so I think the organisers need to please speak to the people they hire to drive customers around, so this doesn't happen again in the future. We have been on many tours abroad and for a lot of them, they bring you to their friends shops and market stools. I never enjoy these shops, because I don't want to buy anything but I thought I'd mention for other people who aren't aware of this continuous gimmick if not interested. A stern 'no thank you' usually does the trick, if you don't wish to buy anything. It would have been nice if the organiser messaged us the day before letting us know that we couldn't bring food, chewing gum or electronics to the Taj Mahal. We would have left these things at the hotel. We would have preferred that, over leaving our stuff in the Taxi car or with the security. As I was asked by the Tour guide to leave a small tip to the security once I picked my stuff up. The tour guide (Jitu) also asked us to leave a review on Viator on the spot, which I do think is rather coercive. Overall - All in all the experience was okay but I don't recommend. From everything mentioned. If you want a Tour that is simple enough and does this trick then book but I'm sure there are other more professional tours available. Maybe even booking with your hotel may be advisable if possible.

While these are sometimes included to showcase local craftsmanship, we understand they are not for everyone, and we will ensure guests are clearly given the choice to skip them. Your point about pre-tour communication regarding restrictions at the Taj Mahal is very valid. We are already improving our guest briefing process so that all such important details are shared in advance, helping avoid any inconvenience. We also take note of your feedback about being asked to leave a review on the spot. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we will ensure our team maintains a more comfortable and pressure-free environment for all guests. Our tour guide Jitu was wonderful. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us off as well. He made sure we had a great time and saw everything we could in the time he had. He took great picture of us too. The car we drove in was very clean and the driver was safe.
