We cannot speak highly enough of our adventure with Sepp! He arranged everything, communicated well multiple times up to and the day of trip and personalized everything for our adventure! Our adventure started early, so he had packed both breakfast and lunch for my family of 4 and had more than enough to keep two teenage boys from going hungry, including snacks and treats, as well as drinks for kids and grownups alike 😉. He was the most informative and friendly guide we had on our European adventure, and he thought of everything. He even let my teenagers practice their German, who such patience! When I tell you we didn’t have to think of a thing, I truly mean it …he was prepared with all, even including euros for the bathroom. His expertise in where to lead us, what times to be where, where to stop and where to take pics, was worth every bit of the costs. His calmness and patience, even when we had to turn back to retrieve a lost phone 😬, made him even more of a gracious host. And if you’ve got kids with you, don’t skip the alpine coaster! I cannot say enough good things about this private tour…it was a highlight of our trip ! By the end of the day, we felt like Sepp was a new friend. we hope to return to Germany one day and when we do, we’ll be booking with Sepp! 💙🇩🇪

My husband and I booked the private Neuschwanstein and alpine coaster tour experience with Sepp - it was the highlight of our entire trip! Sepp went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction the entire day, not to mentioned he's awesome! It was like hanging out with a friend all day. From the moment he picked us up, he took care of everything from arranging tickets to meals while keeping the whole day relaxed. Sepp is amazing - that is where this review can begin and end, but in case you need more of a reason to book him I will provide some details. Sepp was in contact with us well before our trip to ensure we have food and drinks ready for us during our adventure. He picked us up at the front of our hotel and drove us to the castle while engaging us in conversation and fun discussions. He was funny and informative and extremely knowledgeable. The castle was great, and Sepp led us to the bridge and took great pictures and provided the history of the castle and bridge. We finished the tour and then headed to the Alpine coaster. The coaster was great and Sepp even joined us. The entire experience was awesome because Sepp guided us. He was an amazing guide and I would most definitely recommend his services.

Sepp made our trip unforgettable! He drove us to Neuschwanstein Castle, where the rain and fog added fairytale magic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond—helping us get Bayern FC tickets and even dropping us right at the gate. A fantastic guide we’d book again in a heartbeat!

Sepp was absolutely fantastic!! Excellent communication from beginning to end. We had a very tight schedule and Sepp took. Are of the reservations/ lunch etc. Really appreciate his attention to details to make sure our family had a great experience.

Our family of four booked two day trips with Sepp last week, one to the castles in the Bavarian Alps and one to Austria. Both trips exceeded expectations! Sepp was personable and gets along with everyone, our family and others we encountered along the way. I personally think that says a lot about someone’s character and Sepp clearly is a good hearted gentleman. He is also highly professional. He made certain we had everything we needed through out the day including delicious snacks, a Starbucks latte for me each morning, euros for the bathroom, parking fees, admission fees, lunch, etc. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything while visiting Germany and Austria. We could just enjoy our time! Sepp knew exactly when to leave/arrive so we missed the long lines and could see more. (It was crazy seeing the line queues behind us!) That alone makes it so worth paying a bit more for a private tour! In addition, Sepp was very flexible and allowed us to adjust the tour a bit as we went along. We got to see and experience everything we wanted and had a fun person to hang out with while we did! I highly recommend Sepp. He will make the difference on your vacation. (We definitely were missing his guidance afterwards as navigated the rest of our trip on our own!)

Sepp was incredible! I cannot recommend him enough. Our family went on several tours during our trip to Munich and then Rome, and after every one we said to each other - We miss Sepp!! He took some really great pictures of our family, and took us to great spots for the best photos. He brought food/snacks, beer, drinks, and champagne for the drive and was just the best guide you could ask for!

Sepp was very kind, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. Everything was done so well. We were even able to make some adjustments in our tour itinerary. Since we have already been to Neuschwanstein castle, I ask if we could focus more on Linderhof palace. So we did! Sepp even arranged a small picnic with snacks, fruits and champagne on a bench inside the royal garden of Linderhof palace. We had a great time and will definitely book him again on one of our next trips. Btw. book him directly if you want to make a better deal!

Its not the first time we hired Sepp for a gateway trip. We know him since years and its always a pleasure to do a tour with him. This time we decided to book him for a day trip from Munich to Neuschwanstein & Linderhof castle. And guess what - we loved it - again!
