This tour guide is running a scam that I apparently fell victim to. After booking through Viator, the tour operator instructed me to move our communication to WhatsApp, cancel the booking after the free cancellation period had expired, and pay the guide directly in cash instead of through Viator. I was uncomfortable with these instructions because they bypassed the protections of the booking platform. In the end, the tour guide never showed for the tour that I paid for.

My boyfriend and I did a private Venice tour with Amina and a food tour with Vittorio, both through this company. It ended up being one of the most special parts of our trip. After coming from the States with flight delays, lost luggage, and last-minute changes, this company was so kind, flexible, and accommodating. They made us feel completely taken care of. Amina made Venice feel personal, like we were walking around with a friend who truly wanted us to love the city. Vittorio made the food tour just as memorable with great food, stories, and conversation. It was warm, comfortable, and unforgettable. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

We had a great evening with Vittorio walking around Venice, seeing some of the big things and lots of little things you don't really find on your own. We tried some cicchetti from a favorite shop in his neighborhood (awesome treat!) and enjoyed a few stories about growing up in Venice. To really cap off a perfect night, he hooked us up with a truly great gondolier for an evening ride before dinner. What a great first night in Venice!

This was an amazing tour. Vittorio with Yulp was so personable and knowledgeable. He really knew everything about Florence becausse he was born and raised there. This is a relatively new company contracted through Trip Advisor but you woud never know. Totally professional!

We had an amazing tour with Vittorio. We’ve been to many countries and had many tours and this was definitely one of the best. Venice was out of a dream. The tour was very well planned and vittorio gave us the perfect amount of information regarding the sights. He helped us get the most cost effective ticket for the water taxi. There was a great balance between the must see attractions and hidden gems. He was very knowledgeable about the city and was able to direct us to whatever we wanted to see. He took us through beautiful Venetian alleyways, and I cannot imagine how lost we would’ve been alone. He never rushed us, and took us efficiently at our own pace. He found us a great place for lunch, and when I wanted to buy a nice locally produced souvenir he knew how to avoid tourist traps and find a lovely place, where I could purchase directly from the maker. We had a person in a wheelchair and Vittorio made sure to find wheelchair accessible routes. He was considerate, polite, funny and a very friendly person. Best guide ever. We never would’ve been able to truly experience Venice in a day without such a tour. The only tour of Venice you need! Hana, who I corresponded with for the booking was also extremely helpful, and accommodated all requests. She helped me figure out my transport as we were based in Florence. Definite and easy recommend.

Fantastic tour! Vittorio is an extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable person. From the very first moment, he made us feel at ease and guided us in discovering Venice, sharing truly fascinating stories, anecdotes, and curiosities. We greatly appreciated the fact that the tour was personalized and tailored to our interests. In addition to the most famous places, he showed us authentic and less touristy views that made us fall even more in love with the city. An experience we recommend without hesitation. If you are looking for a guide who knows Venice deeply and can convey all its magic, Vittorio is the right choice!
