Our tour guide was Sylvia R. and she was brilliant, funny, knowledgeable, and everything you could possibly want in a guide. I wish we had signed up for a longer tour, because I could have listened to her all day. We had only one full day in Milan, and I'm so glad we decided to take this tour. I feel like we got the absolute most value for our day. Sylvia was so much more than museums and artwork, although her knowledge of these things is off the charts in depth, but local culture, shops, candy stores, she knew everything there was to know, and was happy to share that information. I highly recommend this tour.

Another great WALKS experience. Laura was very knowledgeable and fun to listen to. Other than receiving an email with the wrong time for meet it was a five star experience.
We were not able to go on our tour the tour guide switched the location less than 24 hours prior to the Tour via email which on vacation I don’t think anybody really reads that. Furthermore I reached out to him on the app three times and I received zero response. I paid a lot of money for this tour and I really hope I get a refund.

We had an amazing tour of Milan with Sylvie, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Her depth of knowledge was truly impressive, and she brought the city’s history to life as she guided us through Milan’s beautiful streets, sculptures, cathedrals, and the incredible Last Supper. Sylvie was warm, friendly, and engaging, always checking to make sure everyone understood and asking if we had any questions. She made the experience both informative and enjoyable. We are so glad we decided to take this tour because we never would have experienced Milan the way she showed it to us on our own. Her passion for the city was evident throughout the tour, and it gave us a much deeper appreciation for Milan’s history, culture, and beauty. We highly recommend Sylvie to anyone visiting Milan!

She holds extensive knowledge. I highly recommend booking a tour with her especially if you are visiting the Duomo and/or the Last Supper.
