Alsacia alberga nada menos que 51 terruños Grand Cru, donde solo se cultivan las cuatro variedades de uva más prestigiosas de la región (Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris y Muscat), a excepción de Sylvaner. Los nombres de estos terruños son a menudo misteriosos, y los enólogos estarán encantados de explicarte su significado y singularidad. Estos terruños representan el pináculo de los viñedos de Alsacia, con Grand Crus ubicado a lo largo de la ruta del vino de Alsacia, siempre en laderas con una exposición óptima. Durante su visita a los viticultores, tendrá la oportunidad de probar las diferentes variedades de uva de las laderas de Grand Cru, y a veces incluso la misma variedad de uva de varias parcelas de Grand Cru. Los enólogos te presentarán los vinos que son el orgullo de sus fincas y harán las delicias de tus papilas gustativas. Estos vinos cuentan con una elegancia incomparable y una riqueza aromática excepcional, extraída directamente del suelo en el que se plantan las vides.

Ya en 1648, la familia Wach se inició en el mundo del vino trabajando como cooperantes. A partir de 1780, la producción vinícola diversifica las actividades empresariales. Desde1888, la profesión de viticultor alsaciano ha sido una ocupación a tiempo completo. Preocupados por preservar el patrimonio de nuestra región, estamos comprometidos con el enfoque biológico. Cada Grand Cru - Moenchberg, Wiebelsberg, Kastelberg - se vende después de un mínimo de 3 años de envejecimiento en botella. Esto permite armonizar los diferentes elementos del vino. En otras palabras, es un proceso de refinado, como una quesera.
La familia Hering produce vino en Barr, la capital vitícola del Bajo Rin, desde 1858. Los viñedos se encuentran en la comuna de Barr, en el corazón de las estribaciones de los Vosgos. Con más de 10 hectáreas, las vides se cultivan respetando el medio ambiente, el bienestar de todos. Kirchberg de Barr fue uno de los 25 Grand Crus que ahora forman parte de la historia de los vinos de terruño alsaciano, junto con otros 26 Grand Crus.

Domaine Céline METZ es la nueva generación y la continuación de Domaine Hubert METZ. Como la undécima generación en la historia de la finca, tenemos la suerte de poder cultivar 10 hectáreas de viñedos, incluidos 2 en el Winzenberg Grand Cru (granito), y hacer vino en una bodega familiar que data de 1728.

We loved our private tour of three vineyards in Alsace! It was an experience that was both informative, interesting, and wonderfully diverse. A huge thank you to our guide, Jean, who was incredibly generous and extremely attentive to all our needs throughout the day. In addition to having us taste excellent wines, he even took the time to create a beautiful photo montage of our day as a keepsake. Really "wow"! I highly recommend this tour 100%. What a great day this was! Our driver Jean was very personable, very professional, passionate and very knowledgeable about Alsace wines. Communication was very good before and during the tour. Arranged three very good wineries to visit where the vignerons were very giving of their wines and knowledge. Learnt so much!

Incredible experience! This was an exceptional tour of the region with amazing wine visits and Jean was accommodating with every request. We were picked up right by our hotel. The van was stocked with everything you could want- blankets (February), water, snacks, umbrellas. Jean answered our endless questions with knowledge and passion. He took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable all day. We had three wine tastings that we would not have been able to find on our own and our lunch stop was at a local restaurant which was authentic and delicious. Would book this tour again in a second!
