Tour Privado a Chacchoben Templos Mayas & playa

Had a great time with my family. Jhonny was a great tour guide. Very friendly and accommodating. Had cold drinks for us for a hot summer day it was perfect.

These guys are awesome and fantastic. Great value for the money with truly below or at par with their competitors. Very honest and true to their words. They do not push for selling stuff to you. Our driver Johnny was an wonderful person, calm, kind and polite. If we are coming back to Costa Maya, we certainly will choose this company and especially would ask for Johnny as our driver.

I wanted to share feedback on our recent experience. We had a great time, and Johnny was a very knowledgeable and safe driver. Our family of six visited the Chacchoben ruins and the beach, which included a snorkeling trip to the second-largest coral reef in the world. Afterward, we had lunch at a fish restaurant. The total cost for everything was approximately USD $650 which is great for a family of 6

I loved the excursions the only thing I did not like was that for the Mayan Tenples, tour Guide talked so much and had us standing in the middle of the dirt walkway for long periods of times. There’s bugs it’s hot and I want to keep the pass moving walk and talk. I kept interrupting him to please let’s walk and talk. The beach the sales people were just too much they kept coming by over and over and over again it was extremely difficult to simply enjoy and relax. The tourist guide was honest the best he had drinks ready for us and he was so so patient and sweet. I hope they find a better beach

We didn’t get to enjoy this tour, but wanted to leave a review as we were very satisfied with customer service. At the last minute, our cruise ship was unable to dock in Costa Maya due to unsafe weather conditions. We had to cancel on very short notice. Response from customer service through the app was very prompt and we were issued a full refund the same day (despite the written policy requiring 24-hour notice).

I really liked the driver and the tour guide. The whole experience was great. Next time I’d pass on the beach portion, but it was still okay…just kind of small and cramped.

Johnny was great . We enjoyed the Mayan ruins and the mangoes we ate on the way. Bring mosquito repellent and ask the tour guide (that we paid separately for) for some folklore stories about the ruins. Great spot for pictures

We had such a great experience. Was so nice to have our private driver. He was kind enough to make an extra stop for us. The beach club was incredible. We had delicious food and service from start to finish was assisted. I would use them again in a heartbeat

Johnny was excellent. Rode in a clean, air conditioned car. We saw the Temples and had lobster at the beach before leaving!
