The worse experience. Vehicle was flithy, stinky and cramped for six people. Tour guide...what your guide?! Our tour guide doesn't speak English well so we don't understand him nor he understands us. We were dropped off at stops and left to figure out what we were touring. Guide took us to a store to buy outfits for the mosque and was told one price and price was charged 6 times more when received bill from our credit card. Only one person in our six person group was charged the price quoted for the outfits we were required to go into the mosque. We all believe our tour guide was in on the scam and received a kick back. We have requested a full refund from Viator and disputed charges from the store too.

The most highlights of the trip were visits at the grand mosque, time at the desert including driving around the sand dunes (thrill), quick 1 min camel ride, and most of all, a chance to take pictures in the middle of the desert at sunset. However, few things that people needs to be aware. I booked this trip through TripAdvisor for a private tour and up to 6 people. I initial booked for 2, but a day prior the tour, another friend wanted to join and I msg the tour company to add 1 more. Someone from there asked me for my email address (which I found it a little weird because my booking has all of my contact info). I complied. I then got an email with a link payment for additional $112 and a message via TripAdvisor booking telling me to complete the payment from the link in the email. I contacted TripAdvisor and spoke to Mike, he added the 3rd person for no charge and even told me that I shouldn’t pay. Thanks Mike. The food at the BBQ was horrible. We arrived at the BBQ camp around 7:15 pm. The setup was outside with a separate sitting area inside that marked VIP. Staff at camp informed tour package has private table but outside, then food buffet style not ready until 8:40 pm. However, additional charge for VIP section with better food and eat now with server. I picked that but 1: food for everyone started serving around 8:00 ish and food was almost the same. The only extra were 3 small dried chicken drumsticks, small pieces of fish and some kind of meat on skewers. All were dried and hard to eat. Overall, it was a great experience and beware of the locals at each attraction points. They’ll try to make money every chance they get since no prices listed

We only have a couple of days in Dubai and decided to do our must do’s in one day. This tour didn’t disappoint. Abu picked us up at 8:30am from the hotel and Monsoor dropped us of at around 10pm. It was a long tiring day, which we have expected it to be. Abu drove us to Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was our first stop. Abu was nice but a bit on the quiet side. We were a bit disappointed because he just gave us instructions on where to go. We were expecting him to at least guide us until we get in the mosque to save us time wandering around since the ticket place is at the opposite side of the mall where the entrance to the mosque is. So we ended up wasting time asking people around which queue we need to be in. After the mosque he showed us around Abu Dhabi and just had a quick visit to Emirates Palace and the dates market after. Wish we had more time for lunch. At 3:30pm, we were at Dubai and transferred to another 4x4 for the desert safari tour with our guide Monsoor. Monsoor drove us to Sharjah where the dunes are better and red color. Other tours do it near Dubai but the sand is not as good as in Sharjah. We tried to do ATV but the heat of the sun is just unbearable for us so we passed. That would have been fun if temperature was not a 100F! So we started early with the dune bashing. Monsoor was such a professional driver and he purposely drove at the edge of the dunes which makes the car go sideways! That 30 min ride was exhilarating and very memorable! We stopped in the middle of the desert and waited for the sunset where we took beautiful pictures of the desert! Monsoor was our photographer too and he knows the right angle for the perfect picture. After that, he drove us for about 20 mins to a desert camp for the dinner and show. This is where he showed us the difference of the sand in Sharjah because the sand near the camp is white and there are more bushes than in Sharjah. In the camp, we rode the camel for not even 2 mins, offered VIP seating for an additional $15 per person. We opted the VIP because we don’t want to walk in the sand to get food. The show was nice (light dance, belly dancing and fire show). The food was not to our liking and could be better. There are a lot of vendors trying to sell different items during dinner which was annoying at times. The show finished by 9pm and Monsoor was there waiting for us. He did an evening dune bashing for us under a full moon which was even scarier and more fun! Monsoor was indeed the best! We were at the hotel at around 10:00 pm. Thank you Abu and Monsoor!

Mr. Nooru was a very great host/guided! Provided exceptional service, gave great insights of the beautiful country, showed us some great sights, and drove over the sand dunes with great amazement! Truly loved the whole experience, show, dinner and most importantly the guide!!

Quad bike was a good experience. The best was Our cruiser driver, Mansoor, he was just amazing. His driving was so professional and even though sand bashing was thrilling he made it feel so safe with our 20 months old baby. Camp was great too.

It was very nice the driver was also very friendly. 5 Stars!!! It‘s definitely the Best in UAE i will recommend it to my Friends/Family

It was amazing experience! The car picked us up at the hotel at exact time. Driving was pleasant the whole time. After arriving into the desert we went dashing the dunes, very fun ride. We had the best tour guide/driver Sharaf, very friendly, and he took amazing photos of us in the desert. Next was the show in camp village with a lot of activities and dinner, all included in the price. I will recommend this tour to anyone! Don't miss it! 🥰
